Hey guys whitewizard here long time lurker first time poster. :awesome:

we all know that this game has tons and tons of memorable music but every once in a while I gotta spice up my brawling with some sick pounding trance music... as we all know trance music is the way of the future... Lately me and my brother and his friends played a full tournament to markuz shulz new album prague 11. But I need to find more music like this.

So I'll post the best trance song I know of right now and I want you guys to do the same... Im pretty sure im not gonna be the only one on this forum thats into things such as pokemon, animes, or trance music hehe...

The difference has been blurred lately with tech trance and tech house taking over the clubs these days.

Techno, at its core is less melodic than trance. Phrases tend to be no more than two or three bars and the focus is on the creativity and innovation of the edits every eight or sixteen bars.

Trance is more melodic, with heavy use of arpeggios and sometimes chord changes. Usually, there is some form of filter cutoff frequency modulation used to manipulate energy levels.

Oh really? I figure the definitions would be switched to be honest. I'm still having a trouble understanding the full concept...what would Daft Punk's music be considered? That's the only electronic group I listen to on a consistent basis.

Daft Punk is usually considered late 90's house, if you want it at its most general.

House is impossible to really define, though. It really means "anything with a four-to-the-floor kick rhythm that is not trance or techno." Although some people would argue that trance and techno are subgenres of house.

Dunno why I haven't posted this yet. I actually used to be a pretty prolific producer of trance myself. This is the only thing I have uploaded that really qualifies as trance right now. I need to stop being lazy and post more of my old stuff.

I also need to get back into producing. It just feels like such a chore to get myself set up to produce again, even if making the stuff would be fun.
