Andy it doesn't work like that. 60 points =/= permanent ban. Should your attitude not change after the unbanning, you will be permanently banned regardless if you reach 60 points or not.

That mod is incorrect. It's 12 points for a permanent point within a 6 month period, that's going off a fresh slate however, not for existing points.

This can all be found in the global rules.
