Regardless, I had a lot of fun at this. This is actually a very, very good venue. Accessible from the freeway, spacious, clean... lots of outlets... a projector that only has a microscopic amount of lag on it... good gooooood.
Actually, I was talking to someone about this (I'm pretty sure it was Kidd?)- I have the necessary tools to split a signal from a Wii to two sources- to alleviate the lag problem, we just source one to a TV, and use the projector as more of a monitor. Of course, that requires more TVs, which is the one thing that was a problem at this tourney- lack of setups. However, we didn't have a whole bunch of people, so we made it work- there were just no TVs to play friendlies on, which kinda excluded some of the Melee guys... but they were great sports about it, hats off to them!
Blazblue was also loads of fun. I'm glad you guys seemed to enjoy it. It's a great game, isn't it? It was awesome to be able to play it with real people again (my internet is too horrible at school to play it online =/ )
As long as interest is there, I'll keep bringing it with me.

Kidd- Geez dude, you're just all-around awesome. Great Melee skills, great Brawl skills (I saw that Peach... that was very, very impressive, I'm mad we didn't get to play a match >_<), great sense of humor, great musician (perfect pitch?! say whaaaaat :o ), and to top all that off, a great sport about everything (not just game-related)? Jam, son. Was awesome riding there and back with ya. Anytime you need a ride in the Rolling Thunder, just let me know. ;D Sorry we got back so late, I hope that double shift turned out alright for you ;-;
