I've only played Melee once since Cast4, against Adam, and he killed me pretty good. Brawl on the other hand...We'll just say Esterhazy has a lot to learn. Practicing with Nate pays off a lot.

ok so i was talking to Llumys and he was sayiogn him and monty wasnt brawl at this bi-weekly ... and i will tell you guys that if theres brawl we from regina wont be comming ... I mean you guys dont seem to put the effort to drive down here ... and its also hard for us to come up there but were gonna do it so it would be nice if we didnt have to deal with brawl..
Soooo...before this weekend ... liek within the next 2 days i need to knwo what the plan is ... unless you guys could care less if we come ... because thats really how its starting to seem ...

Well, Kat, that's a little unfair. Deliberately avoiding a bi-weekly just because of Brawl's presence is a little... well, I can't say I can see reason in it. It's not like it's actively doing you harm. Just because you don't like it does not mean that it should be avoided like the plague. At least, it sounds like some kind of ordeal to be around it, from what you are saying.

Melee will be played, like always.

Brawl will be played, like always.

Those two staples will not change, not ever, and for no one unless everyone decides to change something.

TvC will make an appearance, though.

Secondly, too, is that you guys in Regina have access to vehicles. There is ONE vehicle to be used in Stoon. The only person to have the vehicle lacks the drive to go to Regina. Everyone else has the drive, but lacks the vehicle.

I mean... I live 3 and a half hours away or so. And I'm the only guy from Yorkton who goes. At least you guys have the option of a carpool. No johns.

And lastly, even though you still have preconceptions about Brawl (and I'm not saying you have to try this, because I can't seem to like Brawl even if I try), It's not unfounded to keep trying to find something about it. Talk to Nate about it, even, he might point out some cool points.

Isn't it like $60 to get to Saskatoon and back from Regina? If three people go, that's only $20 every two weeks. If I had access to a vehicle I'd GLADLY do that to play in Regina, even if it was Melee only. =/

Either way, if you guys show up we can start with Melee. I don't see a problem in that at all. Hope to see you guys this weekend.
