so anyways, Dan is back in town tonight! everyone's favorite cool guy and ness player from last year, and he's trying to play some smash tonight.

my plans for tonight include:
getting coffee right now
and potentially going rock climbing

but if climbing falls through then i'll definitely be down to smash, or even after i get done with climbing if you guys are going late

this may or may not be relevant but
if you do shoulder shrugs don't roll them over because they're bad for your rotator cuffs

haha well my shoulder hurts because i messed it up/strained my rotator cuff over winter break, and since i love going hard i never really gave it quite the full chance to heal...


it's been pretty good actually, i can do bench/pullups as long as i go super slow and remember to keep good form. still leery about flys/shoulder press though, although military press isn't that bad. rock climbing helps a lot too.

tomorrow i made plans to go over the HMW's dorms in fremont haha
perchance others will be down 2 play though
