So here's the deal.

Vann's in town and he's gonna be over here tonight and wants to smash. Now I have work till 9, but after that anyone who wants to come over and smash is more than welcome. I can give some rancho people rides as I come home from work, but they have to be ready at 9 so I can grab them. If you want me to pick you up, call my cell and leave me a message. I will probably take you home around 12-1 am.

That was fun. Thanks especially to narf for coming, I seem to only play my crewmates+tc1 and nk, so it's fun to play people who I dont get to see a lot. And an extra special thanks to drgn for being so cooperative when I woke him up at 8 to drive him home. He spared himself a beating.

Oh, man, too bad I couldn't play you more Narf. I think we only had like 3 matches (1v1s anyway) before I dozed off, lol. God**** you ***** my DK, lol :laugh: , I didn't know that was such a bad match-up. Either that, or I just didn't find the techniques to level the field.. But i'm still new to that match-up, i'm sure I can improve it, the question I have is, what is the knowledgeable metagame like for that match? (Like for example, is it fruitless?) ..Hmm I bet bairs would be useful for approach, i'm pretty confidant they should be able to go through missles.. I should try that. Well, anyawys, lol, glad you could come, it's always fun playin' you. :chuckle:

Where did you say you were staying now? Somewhere near sac?


PS: Lol, Tyde I can't believe we didn't play any PD. :laugh: Next time...

DK vs samus is definately NOT a bad matchup.. just ask mexican how he DESTROYED aftermath in a money match at NCT2.. i think it was a 3 stock

i told drgn that his dk just likcs nuts , lolz.. and dk is only good when played in the hands of a godly dk player.. im not diss you but you said my shiek suks well ur dk really really really really really really.. well you know the rest..

Hey remember when I 4 stocked you? Yeah, well, THAT WAS WITH DK. And you were using your 'godly' and 'sexy' Mario. And we both know that your Sheik isn't good. I ***** you everytime the moment I put effort into it. You even mentioned during one of our matches your thinking that I was sandbagging (and yet we were still even at this point, hmm, odd..), and that you thought I was sandbagging because I started losing in the beginning of the match.. Where I responed " *laughs out loud* I wasn't trying in any part." I then proceded to **** your remaining two lives without you landing a hit, and said "That's what it looks like when i'm trying."

You know, maybe it's possible your Sheik doesn't suck ***, since I only played it with a few characters, so maybe I wouldn't really know exactly how un-good it is. But you know what? Our DK vs. Sheik sure as hell tells us at least one thing, that your views of my DK and your Sheik are pretty flawed to say the least. I think you just compare me to Mexican and get angry that you could be beat by an inferior DK. I know i'm not as good as Mexican, but that doesn't mean my DK sucks. Jerk.


EDIT: I just saw your post JR (it was the last post on the page before Jon's). Hmm, well, like I said, it could have just been DK's poor shield and my lack of experience in the match-up.

But there are also those who say it's a bad match-up, which I also think it likely is. It could be that since Jaime and Mike play each other all the time, that Mike knows how to handle DKs pretty well, and Jaime knows how to handle Samus' pretty well. I'm sure they both know the match-up very well.

To help your DK, DRGN, try to close the gap in the fight. Personally I hate figting close together. That's why I prefer big stages. Also you to watch out for that hair of yours that sticks out of your shield. When I missle, I'm always going to go for that and I think just all of your moves go through my missles. So, don't give me space to work and keep the pressure on. I don't know Mexican but maybe he could help you some more. That night was great. and you shouldn't have slept so early.

As for where I live. I live in the Dorms at Sac State.
