Sure it may not be EVEN, but Fox does a hell of a lot BETTER against MK than other characters.
I CAPITALISED certain points to make it easier for STEPHEN to understand.

Edit: Cheagle you need to use UP-B on the floor as DK a little more.
Super Armour (or invincibility frames, w/e it has) is GOOD.
