looool, wiimotes are terrible.

You're allowed to use your own controller, but they do supply gamecube controllers.
They also have specific control settings with tap jump off if you want.

I barely used Items the whole comp. Got I ko with beam sword, a couple with mines in the finals and I picked up food a few times.
Tanking, good at sudden death, Robs good with lag and im good at baiting fools like Mason with a DDD Swallowcide to even a badly losing match

Cheers, yeah 2 years in a row and me and Ant won doubles today and thats also 2 years in a row with 2 different brothers lol.
Also Ant is unbeatable in rock paper scissors I swear. In Smash and Halo he never lost 1.

Won a glass trophy and $100 Gametraders voucher for singles and a medal and another $100 GT voucher each for doubles.

Also, well done to Jamage on his singles and doubles win and Ant on his doubles win.

Even with items on, that didn't affect the games badly. The thing that annoyed me the most was the laggy TVs. We need to complain to them about getting non laggy TVs at next years AVCon.

And Mason stop complaining the lag was terrible which meant he couldn't chaingrab with D3, so you were lucky there.

yeah after watching the vid I would have probly been in the lead if those chaingrabs were working but instead I was usually taking damage when I went for the 2nd grab. That lag like saved you about 100% of damage and gave me about 50%.

ah well, was all in good fun. Not like AVcon goes towards anything in terms of brawl competitive brawl achievements since the conditions are pretty ********, but it's good for bragging rights / atmosphere is good awesome =]
