You know, Little Mac might actually get saved for a reveal of a new potential Punch-Out!! game for the 3DS or Wii U.

Perma-banned.

Like I said, Ridley's or Zero Suit Samus' reveal for March 19th, 2014 (the 20th Anniversary of Super Metroid) would be legit.

Also, Metroid Prime's 11th Anniversary (in North America) is on the 17th of November. Especially Ridley.

That would give the best (or 2nd best to Super Mario Bros. 3) Nintendo single-player game of all-time the props it deserves as the King of the Mountain.

Oh, and a lot of games have anniversaries in the middle of November, especially Donkey Kong. DKC1-3, DK64, and DKC Returns all came out literally within about 5 days of the same date as one another.

Divine Deity got banned? That is horrible. I will miss him.

When asked to elaborate on the former, he said that Jigglypuff was considered too similar to Villager in that both were light with powerful moves. Needless to say, he was never taken seriously again...although he technically has not yet been disproved (only arguably so, given that a guy with the exact same username made an account exactly a year before this guy's first post and made false Wii U leaks).

Yeah that sounds like a faker to me, I highly doubt Sakurai would have a mindset towards that with Jigglypuff and Villager imo. :/

Nah, that was a separate guy who anonymously emailed a journalist from IGN, claiming that he had the final roster but wasn't sure of his source's legitimacy until his claims that Olimar and Luigi would be revealed with their respective releases came true. So he posted that the final roster was this crap:

I bet he thought he was being so smart, gambling on Toon Link being removed because of the Spirit Tracks Link conducting the train...too bad it didn't pay off.

It is kinda funny how Sakurai seemingly breaks the pattern on purpose after people started hyping for a Pokemon reveal when Pokemon X & Y comes out just because they noticed a pattern that Sakurai created since day one.

Are you suggesting that Tom Nook will be playable? I actually thought about that notion myself. Not the Tom Nook, but the premise that everyone underrates the possibility of another Animal Crossing Newcomer.

Villager wasn't part of the 8. The main 8 in this one was the ones from Smash 64 + Kid Icarus - Yoshi. Villager was revealed afterwards. I guess Kid Icarus & Wario Ware should have gotten 2 reps in Brawl because it was one of the franchises revealed in the trailer

Well I think of the trailer as a generalization of all of the most popular Nintendo franchises.
I think of this trailer different from the meaning of Brawl's trailer.
