Yeah, although Chrom seems too similar to Marth in design space for uniqueness to hold and Ridley, while being universally loved on this forum, is not so loved in many other parts of the world. I personally would like to see him but I don't actually view him as likely.

Yeah, the only prominent Sega franchise is Sonic in my opinion. I don't even know any other franchises...

I LOVE Greninja, but I can't see him being added. He's just not stand out enough. There is nothing special about him besides his popularity.....and Victini and Zoroark seem to have priority over him because of movies (I think).

But still in all honesty Mewtwo and Lucario have the best odds because they have already been in smash games and have new forms this gen. I can't see anything else besides them going in unless it is some Gen 7 pokemon that gamefreak gave smash to hype up or something.

Yeah. Victini is masudas fav and its movies were out 3 months before smashs devlopment started so the roster was probably finalized around then too. This boosts her chances. Sadly, greninja is a starter so evryone is gonna want him with kalos trainer. It would be crazy if he was playable. A unique, unexpected choice like boa hancock in jstars victory vs (evryone wanted zoro) .

I hope pokemon gets a new character that isnt mewtwo cause he doesnt count.

As a Furry (more like Scalie) myself, I know that stereotypes exist for a reason. They're pretty much factual observations that are exaggerated to various degrees. Said stereotypes are also typically reinforced within the group that "owns" them, which is why they became stereotypes in the first place.
