Do I really have to spell it out for you? Muddy Mole is a character that hardly gets requested, yet when he gets proposed you argue about about how he wouldn't/shouldn't be added in a condescending way. Yet you get all defensive when people do the same thing with Tabuu. How is that not hypocritical?
Sakurai is biased, but not always in the franchise he loves' favor, like Kirby having to wait 'till Brawl until getting more characters, and Kirby sucking big-time in Melee too. I don't see any bias around Kid Icarus other than its name being in the trailer, and honestly, Yoshi's Island wouldn't work well as a franchise name in a trailer, it was between Kid Icarus or Fire Emblem as far as I see it. The Starfy thing is only a rumor spawned from an out of context quote from the Brawl Dojo, he does say that Starfy does have his own charm and all, so I'm fairly certain he doesn't hate him.
You meanPeople like to accuse Sakurai of bias when it suits their purposes (justifying Starfy's role, advocating for more Kirby characters, supporting Saki, etc.), but tbh the amount of bias he's shown as far as selecting characters for different types of roles (playable, AT, boss, etc.) in Smash is pretty minuscule.
Now once those characters get in, giving them an overabundance of spotlight is a whole other thing.

Are you seriously insinuating that Martin Luther King Jr. has a chance to be in Smash? Well... I have contemplated the plausibility of this notion quite a bit. I have come to the conclusion that it isn't going to happen though as he doesn't originate from a video-game. Sorry... best you hear it from a fellow MLK Jr. supporter.
Not really. But if there was one historical figure I would add it'd Theodore Roosevelt. Or Morgan Freeman.
Though I guess he'd be the game's announcer.

I'm guessing something for an Adventure type mode. Just with little to no cutscenes.
