I just love it when people don't understand the quote their replying to in the slightest.

Mother doesn't need Ninten, it doesn't need Porky, it doesn't need 3 characters.
My point:

• Adding a Villian (not a reason to have 3 Mother characters)
• Said character is unique (not a reason to have 3 Mother characters)
• having a character not as highly requested as many others (not a reason to have 3 Mother characters)
• Representing the last remaining Mother game (probably IS a reason to have 3 Mother characters. Yet possibly still not because Mother 1 is so similar to Mother 2.)

So there is no reason to have 3 Mother characters except possibly that last one. It's the most and probably only justifiable reason for 3 Mother characters to be playable in the game.

You bring up all those points and say they aren't reasons for MOTHER to warrant a new character. This is another opinion. I, particularly, think MOTHER could warrant 3 reps because Ness and Lucas don't represent the series well on their own. That's my OPINION, and I refuse to let you tell me it's wrong unless you bring me a quote where Sakurai says he doesn't think what I consider a reason is a good reason.

Fox, Falco, Wolf are enough for that series. It's just a matter of tweaking those movesets to further make them more distinguished from each another.

What types of specific changes do you personally want to see to their movesets?

Please make sure what you mean is clear. I always specify when I'm giving my opinion with phrases like "I think" and "IMO". You don't, so I read it as tough it's supposed to be fact.

And if someone says something like "Sakurai won't add Goku" you're not suppose to be Mr. Specific to everyone and be like "YOU DON'T KNOW THAT!!!! HE NEVER SAID THAT!!! YOU DON'T KNOW HE WON'T CHANGE HIS MIND!!!!" People make claims based off of logic and phrase them as fact when in actuality they are not facts. But, we know they aren't "facts". It's simply making a reasonable assumption off of logic while not having to be overly and needlessly specific like you (which is getting VERY annoying, no offense.)

Maybe you need to make better interpretations.

Only to land on a huge pile of glass. And then salt was poured all over it. So I'm going to guess what caused this. Fire Emblem, its always Fire Emblem.

I respond to what's been written. That's all there is to it. If you don't like it, do something about it (like being more specific, which doesn't take more than ",IMO."). I'm not changing the way I read to meet YOUR standards.

One thing: their Final Smashes. Three Landmasters is just lazy.

Brawl already made some significant changes to Falco's moves, now that I remember. All his specials except Up B have different proprieties and he got some new A moves too. Thinking well, I wouldn't mind if Falco remained the same. Wolf is already significantly different from Fox and the only change he needs is his Final Smash.

Though yes, change Wolf and Falco's Final smashes. Falco gets to ride in an Arwing, and Wolf calls up his crew to blow up the stage.

Also Wolf was a last minute semi-clone? I call bull **** on that. Wolf was highly requested and important to Star Fox and Sakurai plans the roster ahead of time. Melee is the only game that had last minute semi-clones.

Doesn't Fox's do multiple hits when charging up? But Falco's doesn't? I remember it like that in melee, but I'm not too sure with Brawl, I didn't use Falco much in Brawl.
