If PacMan gets in, he better be retro like Sakurai did with Mega Man. I would even be fine if he had a PacMan World design.

If I had to guess....

SaturnGamer being SaturnGamer, BluePikmin suggesting stupid character ideas, third-party hissy fits. And then select one of the three: people arguing over Fire Emblem, people suggesting Pokemon Trainer gets new Pokemon and people suggesting tertiary characters like Ghirahim and Toadsworth.

Just a guess but I'd imagine it's mostly correct.

It'd be: Mario, Luigi, Donkey Kong, Link, Samus, Kirby, Fox, Pikachu, Yoshi, Mewtwo, Marth, Lucas

First game ever? I'd see the roster being bigger than Smash 64, perhaps about Melee size.

Mario, Luigi, Peach, Bowser, Donkey Kong, Samus, Kirby, Meta Knight, King DDD, Link, Zelda, Ganon, Pikachu, Lucario(he seems to be the most popular newer gen pokemon), Falcon, Pit and Marth.
Sonic, Megaman and maaaaaaybe Ridley are possible too. Maybe Dark Samus, Dark Pit and Toon Link as last minute clones/semi clones.

Probably a minority here, but I kind of do like his modern design more then his old design. I guess it looks more fleshed out, you could say. Except when he has teeth showing, that's when things look creepy.

The only thing that kinda bothers me are the eyes, they don't seem all that fitting to me. The older eyes remind me of the classic Mickey Mouse. The shoes are fine by me. In fact, that's probably the best part of the new design. Teeth don't bother me all that much either.

Since we're on the subject of Pac-Man, here's a moveset:

Pac-Man:

Pac-Man is an all-round character that is designed to be a cross between classic Pac-Man and Modern Pac-Man, wielding almost every ability he possesses in all the game’s he’s appeared in. He can utilize the use of pellets, rolls, bounces, and more to take on opponents, and as you’d expect, everything Pac-Man says is backed by his classic 8-bit sound effects, as he does not outright talk.

Pac-Man, being an all-round character, is also of an average size and an average weight, being almost equal to Mario in said category, although his special moves allow for him to stand out from the super-balanced plumber in terms of overall effective use. To play Pac-Man, you just need to learn to go with the flow, just like you would Mario, making Pac-Man one of the more beginner-friendly characters in the game.

Standard A Combo: Twin Pac-Punch (x2, 7% total)
Forward + A: Pac-Kick (9%)
Up + A: Jump Punch (9%)
Down + A: Low Punch (8%)
Dash Attack: Pac-Roll (8%)

Aerial Attacks:

Neutral A: Spin Roll (12%)
Forward + A: Pellet Punch (14%)
Up + A: Upper Kick (10%)
Backward + A: Backward Kick (12%)
Down + A: Steel Body (Drops out of air) (10%)

Smash Attacks:

Forward Smash: Pac-Chomp (24%)
Down Smash: Roll Shock (21%)
Up Smash: Flip Kick (21%)

Grab/Throws:

Grab: Pac-Man grabs the opponent
Pummel: Pac-Man punches the opponent with his other hand (2%)
Forward Throw: Pac-Man chomps for a Pellet, striking the opponent in the process (10%)
Up Throw: Pac-Man does a lunging uppercut to knock the opponent into the air (9%)
Down Throw: Pac-Man will run around the opponent, activating his Ribbon Ring ability to damage the opponent (12%)
Back Throw: Pac-Man will toss the opponent behind him (9%)

Standard Special: Pac-Dot Shoot
Side Special: Rev Roll
Up Special: Pac-Dot Line
Down Special: Butt Bounce
Final Smash: Power Pellet
