Or so they thought. They actually arrested his evil twin brother, Clyde, who unbeknownst to them, had recently escaped from prison. By now the former Burger King manager has already destroyed three other Burger Kings.

Gliscor isn't in any of the Gameboy games. Therefore, it is unaffected by your turning off of the Gameboy, and can proceed to Toxic stall you.

In which case, Gliscor can call in an army of Gligars, and you catch one of them. Then Gliscor Toxic stalls you.
