The person playing the game turns it off to take a break and watch Youtube instead.

Doctor Who uses the Tardis to travel back in time and prevent the Kid from being born while also ensuring everything else in the world goes on normally.

The Doctor messes up and finds the wrong kid.
Also, time paradox.

The Kid, in reality, is actually not the wrong one. He finds that this kid is actually The Kid in disguise.

The Kid's plan having failed, Doctor Who succeeds in restoring peace to the universe.

The Doctor gets transported to Equestria and the universe that he was in goes haywire

The game can't be turned off until it is beaten

Cheat codes beat the game

Game becomes sentient and tries to take over the world.

Said game short-circuits after touching water.

The warranty is still written on Gyrados' back.

The warranty was written on a shiny magikarp that evolved into said gyarados and was written in the same red color making warranty unreadable and therefore voided

Gyarados' skin gets bleached and the warranty remains visible.
