i say just adopt the norm? is wobbling banned in america? i dont see the problem with it if you get grabbed by ics you deserve to lose a stock. Anyways my stance is basically just allow it if america does or dont if they dont... chances are this wont have much effect on the tournament anyways the only player who might do it is sam and i doubt he'll even be using ics much in the tourney.
