No, it says "Ridley Fight" in parenthesis because there are several boss themes in the Metroid series and that particular one is used for Ridley. They could have just as easily titled it Metroid Boss Fight (Draygon) because their tunes are completely different.

This has probably been said before but i'll just say it cause today i'm too lazy to look back.

You know samus does has have 2 other main enemies.
There's also Kraid and Dark Samus. So there's always a chance that say if Ridley does make it to be part of the Roster than Kraid or Dark Samus could very well be a boss.

I feel however if Ridely were to be in the roster than he would be hidden character so chances are we wont know until after November 22nd. (This is the Japanese Release date and this date could also start the transition of revealing the real secrets such as hidden characters and stages and such.)

My only fear for Ridley has always been Dark Samus itself. Think about it, you are the Developer, why go through all the trouble of doing and balancing an Overpowered Dragon when you can just add Dark Samus?

That's my only fear, but also... we could have Dark Samus and Ridley as playable chars and that would be Win, of course i also love Dark Samus, so it's a win-win situation for me.

Dark Samus and the hunters aren't even a third as important to the Metroid series as Ridley is. If Ridley isn't playable, then no other Metroid newcomer will be. Hell, at least Ridley has a character and backstory and motive and purpose. Dark Samus is just a mindless monster and filler villain that runs on instincts. It has no purpose but to cause trouble and give Samus a reason to go on a huge journey. Seriously, I'd hate to see that thing in Brawl. Especially being the anti Prime, hardcore Metroid fanboy I am.

He'll be difficult for Sakurai to make a moveset for being so lanky.. and as everyone has said.. HE IS MASSIVE.. and look!.. the subspace emissary bosses are MASSIVE!.. :O and they use only a couple of menuvours to attack their opponents.

You're both Wrong about Mother Brain, she/he/it it's not even Ridley's boss, Ridley was sent to zebes to protect the oversized brain.

Ridley has been the Supreme command of the Pirates in all the games(supreme as in leader of operations) Ridley's boss is "Pirate HQ".
