Texture hacks will not be allowed. If a wii have texture hacks on it, it will not be used for tourney matches.
Other hacks such as character selection will be allowed, as long as it does not involve the hack where PT does not change pokemon when one of them dies.

yes theyll lose 12.5 HP each turn until leech seed is broken

i remember when shaymin-s was legal, if a shaymin met a tentacruel they didnt know to seed flare or leech seed since clear body counters seed falre and liquid ooze counters leech seed
