Master Knight DH, let me give you some advice, because you're clearly in need of it from what I've seen of your videos.

First, whether ridicule is "justified" or not, if you say something aberrant, people are going to have fun with it. That's kind of how humor works. Instead of griping about it you need to learn to take it in stride, and not get so offended. If you read the thread again, you'll see that people REALLY started making fun of you once you got so offended by innocuous jabs. Humor comes from absurdities and unexpected things. It is absurd to get offended by such trivialities. Thus you shouldn't be surprised that your responses drew the comments that they did. When you say something noobish, instead of defending it to the death simply because you don't like to be wrong, maybe you should consider the possibility that you're the one that needs to change his views.

Second, if you make ridiculous claims, not only are people going to make fun of you, but they will also point out the fallacy of your claim, and probably not in a polite way. When you make all this talk about being able to beat people and all you have are "Intense Boss Battles" which have almost zero relevance to 1v1 skill, or "surviving to 7:17" against somebody, it's a pretty sure bet that nobody is going to take you seriously, and why should they? Do you honestly believe that those things would lead anyone to believe that you're a good 1v1 player?

Third, go outside. Even if it's just to go to in person tournaments, but fu

cking go outside. I really think that a lot of would-be nerd shut-ins (M2K) learned to be functional members of society just from going to tourneys.
