The hands are pretty easy to come up with a solution for. Have them touching another part of his body on the render so they can be connected on the amiibo mold, or have him punching with a sort of quick trail effect following behind his fists that would start from around the torso on the render.

The feet are harder to picture. The only thing I thought of was have one foot high in the air and close to his torso, while the other is still connected to the ground on tippy-toes almost as if he's starting to leap.

The head, I'd imagine they could have it sink down close to the top of his torso, which wouldn't be unnatural if he's about to start a jump like in my example.

Unless of course, they're just going to instead improve the design of the poles to make them less noticeable and offensive than this:

If my most wanted Smash newcomer ever gets confirmed on Wednesday, I won't be able to celebrate because my plane lands in Toronto right after the scheduled time for the direct... I guess I'll just watch it at the airport since my flight connects all the way to Arizona, from where I won't be able to communicate up until the 14th... so if I pop up a week later to celebrate don't mind me...

I doubt Banjo would be in before Steve. Microsoft and Nintendo seem to promote Minecraft way more, and honestly Minecraft has more to offer in terms of gaming history than Banjo has.

Hey, if Capcom can have 2 characters, then I personally see no harm in having two Microsoft reps. Ideal scenario would be to have Steve as the head-lining Microsoft rep/money-maker to attract the newer generation, & Banjo as the long requested crowd-pleaser for N64-era Nintendo fans.

Of course, it'd be most ideal to have Rayman in addition to the above.

Honestly feel like Microsoft would go for Master Chief before Steve. If they're going to be involved, I wouldn't be surprised if we had playable Banjo and Master Chief and a Minecraft stage or AT.

At least Rayman doesn't have that much competition to worry about. We are not getting Rabbids Sakurai is better than that

Still, the fact that Shovel Knight got in the game in any form is still surprising. Makes me hopeful Shantae will make some sort of appearance.

Regardless, Rayman didn’t get confirmed, but that was one hell of a presentation. Simon looks fun but King K.Rool completely trounces over him. So glad to see him in.

I wasn't really expecting him to be playable at this point anyway, but the fact that he got to be the first indie AT in history was a pleasant surprise.

Yeah, Shovel Knight, even though an Assist Trophy just shows that Sakurai is willing to go that far to try to satisfy his fans. It also confirms that there is no such thing as a language barrier and he can negotiate with western companies all he wants.

No because of highly different proportions and specials. Rayman would probably either be very limited in moveset if they wanted him to be like Globox, or give Globox a bunch of Rayman's abilities from past games which I would personally find weird tbh.

Globox is good as an AT, though I suspect Rabbids to be a faster choice. I don't really mind as long as Rayman is playable.

Tbh, only if his final Smash is him turning into Super Ed and saying the famous words. "SUPER ED, YEAHHH" and then flattening the oponents.

I think people are kind of sleeping on Rayman's chances when he very likely could be in Ultimate. Ubisoft and Nintendo are about as close as Nintendo and Sega at this point. It would seem odd if ubisoft DIDN'T get their rep. Count me in!
