Yo, I'ma let you have Mega Man, but reminder that Ubisoft has 14 Wii U games in comparison to Capcom and Namco having a whopping 2 each. If we want to go on this alone, Rayman should have been playable and Rock should have been just a trophy.

Yo, I'ma let you have Mega Man, but reminder that Ubisoft has 14 Wii U games in comparison to Capcom and Namco having a whopping 2 each. If we want to go on this alone, Rayman should have been playable and Rock should have been just a trophy.

As you can see, the design of the helmet stretches all over the rock.

Yeah. It's always fun trying to figure out what a rock is shaped like and then painting it.

Ubisoft is protected under Fair Use:

Raymanized pictures are parody, replacing the originals with their Rayman-universe equivalent.

I just had a silly idea that you guys might enjoy. What if we recruit Mr Game&Watch in our cause to get Rayman in smash, and let him wear that helmet that GaroMaster made? It's practically 2D, it would be a perfect fit for him!

People try so hard to think like Sakuari when it comes to using third party characters. I in all honesty think if the company is close enough to Nintendo, seems appropriate to use, the mascot of that said company, iconic to the gaming world and haves a huge amount fan out cry then more than likely they'll be put in Smash. It happened with Sonic, it happened this time with Megaman, somewhat with PACMAN, and it's slowly happening for Rayman. It can still be done. These are only just a few people who are saying that Rayman shouldn't be in Smash because of the delay. I think it's a very petty reason for them to say this should be the reason why he's not going to be in. I can understand why some people dislikes Ubisoft as of late but they've slowly been getting better with Nintendo. Who really knows why Rayman had a trophy, we don't know what goes down behind close doors.

Ever since the trophy got revealed I just thought okay maybe Ubisoft did try to ask Nintendo if Rayman can be a playable character, but because of how late we were in development when the trophy got revealed they didn't get Rayman to be playable and got the trophy instead. The roster was already finalized and they probably didn't know. Who knows if he really was considered at one point? This is our chance to let them reconsider Rayman besides Sakuarai has the rights from Ubisoft to still make him playable.

There are a few differences in these images..

1. Obviously the characters are different and have changed positions a bit. (I get it was probably made in the level editor but..)

2. The portraits are missing. Did they forget them or something?

3. The numbers above the characters heads are present too in the new one.
