If you did take the time to read it you would know that they were in Tekken as costumes so the DO fit in a fighting game.

Yeah right, I skipped your post other than the unskippable Song composer list thing, and when I read other's post about Tekken, I had no idea.

Though getting in a fighting game doesn't necessarily mean they fit in one. I personally don't think that really is fitting or what, but it's possible only because the director(leader or whatever it's called) is a huge IdolM@ster fan, while in this case you pointed out that the composers have worked on IdolM@ster games too, which is a much weaker point.

I could potentially see them developing a few Mii Fighter costumes since they don't take too many development resources to create, but I'm definitely not going to put too much stock into the possibility. I'll just say that there's a chance and give the Idolm@aster Mii Fighter concept a total of 17.2%.

Doesn't matter to me either way. Just as long as the costumes are created with as much quality as the Mii Fighter costumes we've gotten for DLC already. If that's the case then I'm sure I won't mind adding them to my collection.


Meta Crystal Stage

All of the 64 DLC stages we've gotten so far seem like they're meant to invoke nostalgia in order to make the purchase easier for many fans of Smash. While Meta Crystal does that to a certain degree, it doesn't compare to the nostalgia that's invoked from the normal 64 stage selection if someone played the original Smash 64 with their buddies on a regular basis. The problem is that Meta Crystal wasn't available to choose from in the original stage select, and I think that really hurts its chances of becoming paid stage DLC. I'll give the concept of Meta Crystal stage DLC a small chance of 6.4%.
Not nostalgic enough as the 64 stages that can be played on with friends...

Nostalgia argument aside, there's still other 64 stages (and Smash Bros. stages in general) that I'd rather see before Meta Crystal. The stage just doesn't do it for me.

Everything I know about Idolm@ster, I learned today. Therefore I lack suffiecient knowledge on the subject and am indifferent to their inclusion. It seems unlikely to me that they'd be added into the game... however, fanservice is fanservice, and mii fighter costumes can serve as a great way to maximize coverage of more obscure or regional fandoms, so i wouldn't raise an eyebrow too hard if it happened. Though maybe that's just since wave 3 broke the ice in that regard.

It's certaintly not a bad stage, I would much prefer return stages like Great Bay, Ice Mountain, New Pork City, or Fourside, but since we haven't seen a DLC stage outside of smash 64 returns, and only 1 new stage that coincided with Ryu's release, the only real thing against it is simply... who remembers Meta-Crystal? I'd completely forgotten it existed until yesteday's prediction. It's not bad, but not that memorable either. As a result I find it very hard to believe it would be added, especially considering limits to how many more DLC stages they will be able to add to the game.

Chance: 40% With Sector Z and Planet Zebes having similar stages in SSB3DS, that leaves Mario Bros., Yoshi’s Island and Saff City as the most likely N64 stages. This is mostly based off whether or not they’ll be willing to have Melee and Brawl stages as dlc.

It’s worth mentioning they’d have to create an egg item, or give the capsule an egg reskin for when Chansey pops out…which I guess wouldn’t be too much for them to do judging from Tortimer Island.

It was a pretty fun stage, and I can picture it in both versions perfectly.

However, I have to admit I’m sort of tired of N64 stages by now, as I don’t really feel Nostalgia from having them look exactly like they did in SSB64. In this stages case, i'd imagine Sakurai would probably keep the Pokemon that pops out a 2D sprite for silly reasons...I guess I could deal with that if the cheap sound effects were kept the same.
Really the only remaining N64 stage I want is Mario Bros., from there I’d prefer moving on to Melee/Brawl stages.

It is a fan favorite, but there are a few things that could be getting in the way. One is the Pokémon who decide to show up. Butterfree, Fearow, Pidgey, and sometimes Moltres show up in the background - of these, only Moltres still has a role as a Pokéball summon, so getting rid of it is no problem. The other part of the gimmick is having some mons pop out of the rooftop door - Chansey, Charmander, Electrode, Porygon, and Venusaur. Electrode is still a summon, and Charizard is playable (but nothing says that Charmander and Charizard are the same...new headcanon - the Charmander from SSB64 is the Charizard in Brawl and SSB4). Besides, there's no rule saying they have to be different - Chansey was also a summon in SSB64. Chansey, Venusaur (and Porygon2) were summons in Melee, performing basically the same roles, so that works. They may just need to replace Electrode with another exploder (Geodude/Koffing lines?) and possibly Charmander with another flamethrower (Growlithe. Or another fire-type, if we must...Growlithe and Arcanine have always been my favorites).
Bonus points if they make the door mons models, and maybe even add some other ones that were summons in SSB64 and haven't been seen since (Onix, Beedrill)

Meh, SF0 isn't coming out until Q4, so that's well after the ballot ends. That'd mean that the character is getting in on account of the ballot - or was being held back obscenely long to try to do that. If we get someone, it'll most likely be Wolf, and he may or may not still be planned pre-ballot. I bet they'll still try to use him for hype, but it does seem like a long time to wait to pull out someone they could easily port over.
Besides, if they were going to use a SSB character as a hype element, they may need to use the a similar model from the game, which would not fit with the style of the other SF characters in SSB4. And I doubt we'd get a hype character who isn't in the game since that would defeat the purpose of getting a hype character.

I played the stage when I was still learning to play Smash, where I suck so much at recovering. Not hating this stage at all, but meh, not something I would be particularly interested in.

Again I'm 80%ing Wolf's chance. If anything, this would be Wolf's best chance to be announced. I don't think if Wolf got in earlier, anyone will take this spot since having 2 character of same franchise released differently will be nothing but a stronger emphasis on the bias/imbalance (if any), so yeah.

There's a slim chance that, like, Krystal got in without Wolf. Definitely the worst case scenario, but chances are (regardless of announce time) like only 2% by playing with data.

I'm skeptical about this, in one way it consolidates Wolf's chance if it comes true, but I really can't wait that long for it to happen :/ Also for that slim chance of horrible things happening,... Yeah I'm pessimistic.

Arguably the most popular Smash 64 stage which has yet to return, Saffron City also doesn't have its music already used somewhere else in the game, so that's something on its favor, plus it isn't redundant with any other stage aesthetics-wise. The Poké Ball summons may make things iffy, though. They would mean that they would have to recreate them, and program some specific hazards and create new models for them, though one of them (Electrode) is already done. Moltres in the background can be an issue, but I suppose they may just disable it when Poké and Master Balls are set on, just like how Dedede in the background of Dream Land 64 is disabled when he's used as a playable character.

I'm sorry but I'm not interested. I have no specific nostalgia with Smash 64, and while I can understand what's special about this stage in particular, I'm still not interested. The layout seems meh, the hazards may be annoying, and I don't really like its music, nor I am particularly hyped by the music options it offers. I only bought Hyrule Castle because I have a friend who really wanted it back, but this time I would probably not buy it.

I'll give every remaining N64 stage 20% at this point in time since there are only five of them left to choose from. Any one of them have a decent chance of returning in my book. At this point though I could potentially see them working on a couple Melee stages if they plan on releasing anything other than 64 and brand new stages since we've already gotten three N64 DLC stages. Time will tell. I'll give the possibility of Saffron City getting released as future DLC a modest 20%.

Saffron City was never really one of my favorites. I'd greatly prefer Planet Zebes, Sector Z, or Yoshi's Island to be honest. Plus I'd rather see Pokemon Stadium 1 return as our Pokemon DLC stage.

I don't really know how close to release we're assuming here, but I can definitely see it happening. Thing is though that if they're going to reveal a Star Fox character (most likely Wolf), it will probably be anytime soon. Maybe the character would get released closer to Star Fox Zero, but I don't think they would wait to reveal one within two weeks of the game hitting store shelves if that's what I'm supposed to be contemplating here with my rating. I'll give this Star Fox Zero character reveal promotional concept a chance of 35.7%.

I can't see Sakurai make a new one. I think that he's more focused on other characters.
Smash 4 is the Last Smash Prediction: 16.96%
I doubt that they will end the series after 4. With or without Sakruai, the series will continue.

I say it's got a good chance of coming back but they've made no indication on the matter either way.

Saffron City's Want: 100%
So far, all the really fun stages have been ones from previous games, with most of the new stages being boring or just outright terrible, if given the choice, I'd rather have ,pre past stages that I know are fun than a new stage that may be as bad as those already presented to us. Saffron City is an incredibly fun stage that I would love to play on again.

I have no clue what they're planning with the game. All I know is Wolf, while the most-likely character, isn't the lock we thought he was and Krystal's chances are up in the air.

If it's Wolf or Krystal, I'm fine with that. But in no way at all do I ever want to see a new Star Fox character included that isn't them in this game or any one in the future.

This might be my favorite 64 stage, though Hyrule Castle and Sector Z were fantastic as well. I have very found memories of playing this stage.

Possible… promotions have been done before, but I could also see where he could be revealed earlier. I'm sure we are getting something for DLC in the next couple of months, long before the new Star Fox game. And, of course, there isn't even a guarantee of getting Wolf.
