Twice now I have lol'ed because twice now Flygon has been called steel-type. He was supposed to be water, but m3h. His colouring was supposed to make him look wet.

I know it was meant to simulate rust.It works a lot better if you read the paragraph about the concept I had in mind when I made the sprite.
It's supposed to be rusted metal and blowing out bubbles.
