If you're using two Flying-type Pokemon, then one has to be Flying-type. That falls under the prompt rules, so yes.

I personally think that Kofu is terribly underrated and doesn't get as many votes as he should.

Edit: Also, it'd be really cool if we could do either devamps or something with back sprites next time.

Looks good ice arrow. You might want to try making the insides of the wings white because it would contrast more (like in the original design of blue/green on red), but that might just be me though. Thanks for the compliment :3

I'm kind of trying to combine MUKUHAWK with Armaldo, but it's a pain.

Looking for an alternative now...

EDIT: Nevermind, I was just wrong in using Armaldo for the base.

I'm not sure if I should change its feet back to Staraptor's though.

I think the eyes look really awkward...but it's an amazing splice so I think you should keep it.

I tried a bunch of different colors with the wings but I couldn't find a good color for it. I think im going to keep it like it is.

I feel like something is missing with mine. Something just looks empty about it, and I can't figure out what I want to do.

And Kofu, I like the feet how they are.

It is supposed to be red, but I feel like white looks more like a shroud and makes it seem more... evil / ghostly. Idk, I'll look at red again.
