This season is pretty dry, unfortunately. Out of your Plan to Watch, I would recommend starting Clannad. The first season is slow and underwhelming, but it's necessary to get everything that happens in the second season, which is where things get serious. Fate/zero is pretty solid. The "reboot" is actually a remake of fate/stay night, IIRC the heaven's feel route. Jinrui wa Suitai Shima****a is notable as a novelty. I really enjoyed it, but it's a bit niche. The rest of your list... Can wait, I think.
You watch mostly Shounen/SoL and you might find interesting things if you branch out into other genres. If you want something that keeps you on the edge of your seat and you're not bothered by Fukumoto's particular artstyle, you should probably check out Kaiji. It's a gambling manga/anime. Akagi, by the same author, is similarly great, but you need to have some knowledge of Riichi mahjong to properly understand so it might not be for you, unless you're willing to learn a bit.
On the more calmer side, I would recommend checking out Mushishi. It's therapeutic, and not in the moe "iyashikei" sense. It's not something you'll want to watch for hours on end though, so it might not be what you're looking for if you want something fast-paced. Still, it's a classic, and you should probably pick it up eventually. There's also Spice and Wolf, a show loosely related to economy in a fantasy setting. It'll probably get you hooked more easily.
On a more personal note, one of my favorite series was Shinsekai Yori, a sci-fi novel adaptation. Some people weren't comfortable watching it(To say the least) because of the openly homosexual relationships, but if you're not bothered by that I think it's well worth a watch.
EDIT: These are nearly all pretty serious now that I look at it, comedy is a highly subjective field though so I'll refrain from recommending any.
