Can't say I've played those games in a while, but at the time it felt like quite an adventure questing to get the legendaries. It's how I discovered what Braille is. Game Freak doesn't put enough dungeon-type puzzles in the games anymore.

Immunities aren't just about damage. They're incredibly useful to have regardless of typings. For example, Mega Sceptile can't be Thunder Waved, which is good considering that it's likely going to have over 120 speed. And it can stop anything from using Volt Switch. Neither of those would be possible without Lightningrod. You have to think about more than just eating a Thunderbolt.

I'd personally I would've gave it Natural Cure over Lightning Rod. Makes any status a non-issue not just Thunder Wave, and makes more sense since it's a damn Grass type.

Lightning Rod was an odd choice. He could have used a more thematically appropriate ability.

If Sceptile ends up being used as a Special Attacker, Lightning Rod's occasional boost could come in handy, but it's probably not going to be anywhere near as useful as Speed Boost/Tough Claws/Thick Fat/Drought. Also, he won't be able to learn Draco Meteor :-(

Hoenn's pretty much the only game where I don't care which starter I pick as they're all very good, but I'm soooo torn between Mega Sceptile and Mega Swampert. And Flygon's usually a staple on my team so either way I'll have two Dragon types or two Ground types and my OCDfor that kinda **** kicks in.

I can't wait to have a Flygon again, my favorite poke from third gen next to Blaziken and Absol.

Also, am extremely impatient with the peeps who sub my anime. I've been waiting on episode 8 of Mahouka from FFF for like two weeks now :(

I remember my playthrough where I chose torchic. I swept the entire elite four several times with my lvl 100 blaziken. It knew Sky uppercut, Quick attack, Blaze kick, and Ember.

I am basically the most casual Pokemon player ever. I hate actually putting any though into turn based games, it's basically the opposite of fun or interesting to me.

Because Port Town is a banned stage people hardly play on, so I put it on Lylat too as it's in space.

Those new artwork for the 3rd gen trainers I am not digging whatsoever. Also Pika was never bad lol just underused is all.

Pika has to basically OHKO the opposing pokeman or else its gonna get knocked out.

What are you guys talking about? Pika can easily hold his ground with even the best legendaries. You just need to be a good trainer.

Well, we won't know for sure until we see more mega evolutions and move tutor changes. It's possible Sceptile will have an important niche that's more than Rotom-W and doubles. Also maybe the Draco Meteor tutor will allow Sceptile to be taught.

Pit is Kid Icarus though, it's his official title alluding to his flightless wings so it isn't really incorrect to say like Pikachu is Pokémon or Link is Zelda or Samus is Metroid.

Anyone has a guide or someone on how to clean Gamecube controllers and how to fix issues if something goes wrong? I'm cleaning a old gamecube controller because it started acting up months ago in which it will start pressing R and holding it without me doing anything resulting in shielding without doing anything?
