I actually prefer doubles too, I think it's a much more interesting dynamic for team building. That makes setting up weather for the sake of it a lot more worth it, because you can squeeze more benefit out of it when your other pokemon use it too.

I never understood the love that DKR gets, the game tends to feel like a less polished Mario Kart with alternate forms of movement that are either pretty alright or just crap.

Sonic and Sega All Star Racing 1 was really good. I haven't played 2, but SEGA couldn't have dropped the ball that much over the course of one game? Right? (I hope not)

DKR is awesome because of the colorful characters. Like, it spawned several other series just because the characters were so cool.

The exploration aspect of the island was also really fun to me, and the racing was plenty polished as far as I was concerned. I liked it a lot.

Oh yeah, the exploration. I forgot about that to be honest. I was thinking more in terms of the 2-4 player racing modes which don't feel as good as Mario Kart's. As a One Player game though, DKR is probably the better game purely because of the exploration, the unlockables, and the bosses.

Oh definitely. DKR was pretty fun multiplayer, but Mario Kart is better for that. DKR is far far superior as a single player game.

The only thing wrong with Charizard X is that weird flame-ribbon-mustache. It'd look a hell of a lot cooler if it came from his mouth, as if he literally has so much power that he can't suppress his flames.

I'm pretty sure it is coming from his mouth. He always has a small bit of his mouth open near the back of his jaws.

I think of it like the old Ninja Turtle toys that always had the bit their mouth near the back of their jaws open with their teeth showing, but with fire instead of teeth.

Diddy Kong Racing was the only game my best friend could beat me at, as a child (now he's just better than me at all racing games). In fact, He even managed to copy my backhand controller hold and play it better than me as a personal challenge of his. He played through the games at least over ten times, and we spent countless hours playing with the co-op mode cheat, or on battle mode.

DKR was refreshing because it was a different competent take on the kart racer genre. It was a nice change of pace from the Mario Kart series. Then the DS version arrived, and it all went to hell.

ASR and ASRT just improve upon the concept of kart racers so much that there's really no reason to go back and play any of those. Especially for someone that never has.

Lucario can't cancel and combo into every single one of his moves like Turbo Mode. He has certain limits built in so that he can only do certain moves after other ones and only to a certain extent. Like you're not gonna get AAA to B to F-Smash to Up-Throw and etc.

If anything, Turbo Mode unlocks a lot more possibilities and combo potential for Lucario that he could've never reached on his own.

I really hope his Turbo Tuesday comes up soon so people can stop being misunderstanding this.
