Wow. For me, it's sweet wines or bust. I can take a mild wine... but anything bitter or higher in alcohol content (beer, liquor, etc) is just blegh.
Riesling so goood :p. Moscato is pretty good as well.

I'm not THAT big of a fan lmao. Not worth dying my hair :p.
If only I could pull it off...
Yo hold up? People think they have amazing hair? Haven't even SEEN me when I had long hair.

This **** is so old but I don't even care.

I think my hair is about as long when it's straight.

That was my house ghost.

Also I used to let my hair get longer. Then I'd donate it and grow it out again and repeat.

I wish drinking actually led to a happy place, as opposed to causing discomfort and dizziness.
you need to know how to drink in order to drink and enjoy it ;)
know your limits at every stage, drink the right kind of alcohol for you (a lot of people can't handle certain liquors, but are fine with others), be with the right kind of crowd, in the right place, and it's probably in your best interest to mix as little as possible because mixing liquors can be an easy way to make yourself sick
I guess it sounds like a lot of work when you put it that way, but it's a lot of fun when you're doing it right and it's a kind of fun that you can't really replicate anywhere else
I've had bad experiences while drinking, but it always because it was just not a good situation to be drinking in
crowded parties, overly loud bars, ****ty music blasting, going past my limits, etc.
I did that for like a year before I called those nights quits and haven't had a poor time since

Have you tried any quality wines? Those are pretty good when it comes to happy places and some don't taste much different than fruit juices if you find the sweet ones.
Personally I can't stand sweet wines.
If I'm going to drink wine it needs to be dry, and preferably red.

I enjoy drinking with friends, not as much around people I'm not familiar with. I'll have some beers with random people but I don't like getting drunk at parties unless I have lots of friends there. This could be because I'm a huge flirt with everyone when I get drunk haha and my friends know not to take it the wrong way :p.

No I mean I was 14 in that picture. I'm now trapped in 18/19 year old face. Which is funny because I work at a gas station and sometimes people don't come up to me to buy alcohol because they think I can't sell it to them.

I guess I'm the only one who doesn't like drinking with other people then, huh. Even at one of the bars close to me, I manage to get a nice corner to myself. I actually kind of really cannot stand it when people speak to me when I'm drinking.

All I've tasted is Morgan David, Lambrusco and a custom Chardonnay my uncle and aunt mixed. Not exactly legal either, soooo yeah. :p
Not illegal if given to you by your family depending on the state but either way. I'm not a huge Chardonnay fan, haven't had MD or lambrusco. I should stop assuming people on smashboards are my age haha smashers just make me feel old :(.

I'm actually sort of surprised you don't like bitter alcohol considering some of the other foods you enjoy.
I adore bitter flavors and a lot of my favorite beers tend to be hoppy.

I don't really know names, brands, types... or whatever. Friday, I got some mix of rum and something other instead of gin/tonic, and kept getting asked by the barkeep "is that your drink? Does it taste like your drink? Do you like that?" I just ended up saying "I don't know, it's good". As long as it's not sweet, and will do what I want, then I'm fine with it lol.

That's...morbid to say the least.
Eh. I'd really rather skip the whole failing body, getting sick, disease, and whatever. I'd be fine with just opting out when my body is still functioning properly.

I see then, that's a good exception. :p And you're not old until you're 60, that's the way I see it. 50 is just the halfway point, plenty of people are now living well into the 90's.

Yeah, I love dark and bitter chocolate (no higher than 85%) but alcohol is another story. Alcohol already tastes bad to me in general so unless it's sweet, that flavor won't be masked well. Some wines that are good can manage to work with the alcohol's flavor and make it nice without diluting it in sweet, but I've yet to find that. I'm not exactly an experimenter at this point so it'll have to wait.

Eh, my side of the family's got history with depression and high blood pressure, so I'd rather the first heart attack do it and not the fifth. That's the way I see it, anyway.

I'm getting a drink, and some orange juice.

Man I can't stand drinking alone. This is coming from someone who often enjoys being by themselves more than with other people heh.

If it's just having a beer or two then I don't really mind it, but if I'm having liquor then yeah I generally do it a social thing and not just something to do.

Drinking alone is highly enjoyable IMO. I do it more often than not.
I like it. I'm just having weak little cocktails tonight.

lol. Weird, to me anyway. I just like being on my lonesome all of the time.

It's thinking time for me, personally. Open-air drinking in Montana is incredible at midnight haha. It's fresh, and, erm, refreshing.

A case of these bad boys are the only thing i'll drink by myself.
LAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAME. I mean, I'm drinking MIke's, so. Can't drink Redd's ale anymore, made myself sick on it one night and it just makes me sick to drink. Personally, I hate beer. I can barely stand Mike's. I like harder stuff lol. Has anybody tried Tequila Rose?

Right? This girl at work, new person, said something about "I soooo like vodka" one night, and all I could think was "lolvodka. Get gud drink". I mean, harder stuff isn't really that great for you... but... it's bitter...

I mean, BEEEEEEEEEEEEES.

A whole case isn't a big deal. What are those, like, five percent? The only time something like that has wrecked me was a case of Redd's, and that was on Valentine's Day, after having not eaten for two days.
