Not really. It's pretty common for high schoolers to be unaware that someone likes them

Random thought I had today while playing friendlies with my amigo. What if DK's Down B in the air was a command grab that put them into cargo throw immediately? Combo potential? I don't really know the specifics or anything, just thinking it might be a cool way to further emphasize his heavy throw game to become the grappler that PM could have.

What about an attack where the hit animation is just a transition into cargo, or maybe doing a bowser side-b like attack where it puts them in a hold and then you press a direction afterwards to perform a follow up? Again, I have no idea how this works but I think it's an interesting concept.

With this being a theoretical instance the amount of work to recreate the character would be pry be similar to any other unworthy task. His specials and most likely Cargo-ability leading to the same issue of replication.

I distinctly remember a PMDT member saying Mewtwo is built off Lucario, because he had a similar projectile and command grab ready to go giving them less work.

I remember it being said that certain articles can be ported from characters, such as Peach's Float onto Mewtwo. Command Grabs must not be within that same area that articles are.

It would be possible indeed but God knows how many bugs might appear when porting DK over another clone engine slot, and it seems like a lot of effort for just a new move.

Mewtwo is built off of Lucario. You can even grab a PSA based on Lucario and put it over Mewtwo.
