Private Messaging; Smilies; Postbit Icons

This should make things easier for the community than the previous 70 PM inbox limit.

Furthermore, there are now new postbit icons based on usergroups you are in! This should make it easier to recognize who is in what groups! Hovering over these icons will let you know what group the user belongs to!

Yeah, I did a template update earlier this evening updating the icons for Smash Researcher, Premium and adding icons for Developer, Smash 64 BRoom, the new Pokemon E4/Sprite possibilities, etc...
