Ok a couple of things:

1. Post is edited to include Ganon and Ike. Sorry about that, my family was here and I was in a rush. It's Christmas Eve.

2. There was indeed a tie between Luckay and YO, but the panel, including EE who didn't originally vote on a character, all unanimously agreed YO would be the winner due to the tie.

3. There was no runner up for IC's, meep had 23 votes, the other IC's had 2 at the most.
