GameXplain talked about it in their latest video. While that screen looks like they could have up to 5

The in game battle looks like it only leaves room for 4 moves.

There is also that rumor that certain pokemon with have a "synergy" form thing and that gives them access to a specific special 5th move
They did say that "all gameplay is not final" so they could have secretly removed it from being shown for the gameplay they wanted to showcase..

I don't mind the four move limit weather that changes or it's connected to the rumored synchro evolution we'll find out soon enough.

Iwanko, and Nikkola haven't been talked about yet so maybe they'll be shown. I wouldn't mind starter evolutions that would be way to awesome as I am looking forward to them when they do get unveiled. Not sure if they'll get unveiled so early but we'll see!

I hope they keep the Megas in. I don't think they will take them out but it has been speculated. The fact that items don't get transfered through pokebank does not help to debunk the theory either.

I hope Iwanko evolves into a Rottwieler. Rockwieler wouldn't be a bad name.

I just want to know what precisely the new mechanic is and what the starter evolutions look like.

They're probably not going to be removing the mega Pokemon imo it's more likely that they're going to have every Mega stone available like they had it in ORAS but with more Pokemon having mega evolutions.. I don't understand why they would remove them tbh..

I don't know why either. Its just a rumor I heard that has some minor things I've noticed supporting the theory. (No mega bracelet on our character, can't bring items through pokebank.)

Hopefully it isn't true.

Not being able to bring items through the bank isn't really supportive to the theory but it doesn't disprove it either. You could probably find them throughout the region like they did with ORAS as I mentioned above.. There was a bracelet shown on the main art for the playable characters that could support mega evolution.. there's also the idea that they didn't add the mega bracelet because the game isn't fully developed yet..

It'd be funny if they removed Mega Kanga because it's OP, lol.

Though if you noticed when they demonstrated Solgaleo and Lunala's signature moves it was against Gengar and Salamence, which I doubt was a coincidence.

...Only the Pokemon Company would get everybody speculating about wether or not the latest big feature is going to be cut.

I wonder if it's the new gym leaders maybe two of them and the Pokemon types they use. Could be what they show on July 1st but we'll see.

I hope they announce some new Mega evolutions. I'm not too confident that feature will return, but I do hope it will.

My opinions on this new Pokémon

Tapu Koko: I'm torn about this one. I think it is cool as hell, the animations do it for me, but something is off for me. Don't know. Still like it.
Cutiefly: Cute, nuff said.
Bruxfish: I don't like it at all. It is based on a triggerfish (which are quite ugly by themselves) but it looks like a w**** lol
Charjabug: It's a Gamecube. Melee HD confirmed. Seriously, I can't wrap my head around its design.
Vikavolt: At first I hate. Now I kinda like it. Still too edgy for me.
Drampa: Rastafarian dragon. Nice idea but it looks soooo weird, I'll have to wait for a long time before my eyes get used to it.
Togederamu: CUUUUUUUTE. One of the best rodents. I wanna hug it so hard.

I like 4.5/7 of them, not bad.

Looks like Talonflame may have a problem with the Dazzle ability, as it causes increased priority moves to always miss. And since Gale Wings is what makes Talonflame so dangerous, that one ability could end up destroying it if Bruxish turns out to be a viable Pokemon.

A batch of leaks shocks the fandom, only for the mons therein to be officially revealed just a few hours later. Is this a new record?

My thoughts:
That is Tapukoko? I mean, it looks nice, but with more terrifying monsters out there I expected it to live up to the hype of the text.
Sugimori why? Charjabug looks like an algae sushi roll fused with a GameCube. At least Vikabolt looks cool.
Drampa looks more like a MOTHER enemy than a Pokemon. Now I can't stop thinking about the dragon in Magicant.
Togedemaru fulfills the Pikachu clone tradition.
Bruxish is the forbidden fusion of Basculin and Alomomola. Sushi GameCube beats it.
Cutiefly looks like Fletchling!

My thoughts (I'm rather late on this one):
Tapukoko looks pretty cool, but something about it doesn't quite sit through me.
Charjabug has a really cool design for a second stage route 1 bug type Pokemon (Serebii says it evolves from Grubbin)
Vikabolt looks rad as ****. If its stats are good enough, I'll make sure to use one on my team. It also has the same type combination as Galvantula, another Pokemon I'm quite fond of, which is a plus.
Drampa looks weird, but it's slowly growing on me.
Togedemaru is cute but did we really need another Pikachu clone?
Bruxish is really ugly. I thought so the moment I saw it. That abillity also sounds broken as hell.
Cutiefly is pretty cute, but other than that, nothing else to say.

Holy **** Vikavolt looks awesome as hell. I'm already sold: that thing's on my team.
I'm not to fond of of the others though. Cuteifly looks OK but nothing special, Bruxish looks ugly, Drampa has the stupidest typing ever, Togedemaru is yet another Pikachu clone, and Tapukoko... I'm really uncertain here.

Hey its a Dragon that is weak to fighting and immune to Ghost! Its a complete gamechanger, man!

The dragon....I hope he evolves into something a little more fierce. His design in that stage is odd. If he doesn't evolve at all....idk.

Grubbins evos have me sold. Vikavolt is gonna be my first capture. That guy is so ****ing cool. An electric beetle pokemon is just so awesome.

I don't mind the Pika clone. We know we are going to get one so might as well give it a chance. Electric/Steel is a nice surprise and its design is pretty ok in my opinion. Probably won't be worth much competitively but I don't hate it.

I want to see cutiefly's evolutions. I think she has some potential. Bug/Fairy may have some potential as a new type.

Bruxish is the new Luvdisc/Basculin/Alomomola for me. I despise it. If cutiefly gets its ability I won't complain.

Tapu Koko...the terrain ability is a good sign that we are about to see new terrain based teams competitively. If they release items that extend terrain effects than its possible. I think he looks neat. I won't be using him solely because I don't like having two of the same typing on my team and Vikavolt stole my heart and buzzed away with it.

Inb4 someone nicknames cutiefly to Cutiepie

But I'm glad there are more fairies being revealed  Cutiefly needs evolutions, Tapu Koko looks cool. We needed a good fairy Electric type Pokemon unlike Dedenne.. Vikavolt may be the better Bug/electric type but seeing as one is special and the other one looks like it'll be physical they'll still have their niches..

I feel like Falkor Drampa may be a single stage poke like Druddigon...We did want a Normal/Dragon...though I know a lot of people wanted a Dunsparce evolution...This poke will take a lot of getting used to...

Vikavolt looks frikking nasty as hell and I love it...Was hoping Grubbin would evolve into some kind of beetle and this doesn't disappoint...

Cutiefly is frikkin adorable...little hummingbird fly thingie...it would be neat if it actually evolved into a little hummingbird moth or lacewing butterfly of some kind...was hoping we'd get a bug/fairy so I'm happy...

Bruxish is....just there...

Magnemite pikachu is meh...

Tapu koko...is neat I guess...different look for a fairy type though...

I'm sorry, but what makes you think it's gonna be a physical attacker? The move it used in the trailer looks exactly like Zap canon in terms of animation, and it did quite alot of damage to Milotic (Who has 125 base special defense)

The giant mandibles. It does look like a fast physical attacker to me as well.

You do have a point, but I doubt they'd show him use a special move if it's a physical attacker. But, who knows, maybe I'm wrong, but we don't know for sure.

The new Japanese video has also shown that 50% Forme Zygarde can now transform into Complete Forme Zygarde whenever its current HP drops to a very low level. This pretty much means that 50% Forme Zygarde no longer gets Aura Break, and will now have Swarm Change, much like with 10% Forme Zygarde.

Of course, when Zygarde transforms, it doesn't regain all of it HP, as when 50% Forme Zygarde's HP hit 7/183 (almost 4% max HP), its current HP only increased to 115/291 (almost 40% max HP) upon changing into its Complete Forme.

Not necessarily. They will probably give Zygarde Swarm Change as a hidden ability or something. I doubt they will take away a unique ability from its legend.

Pretty much the reason listed above lol. It gives off that Heracross, Pinsir vibe.

Could it be a HA Zygarde? It looks like it won't revert back once it's activated so rest or heal pulse could be a viable strategy for it..

Chances are, Aura Break will probably be Complete Forme Zygarde's ability for here on out, as its existence does help to contain the powers of Xerneas and Yveltal.

It's not that unheard of for abilities to change anyway, as Scolipede originally had the Quick Feet ability before it was changed to Speed Boost in the 6th generation.

My thoughts:

Tapu Koko:

I'm not sure what to think. Is this our first Poke with a space in its name? Interesting how its shields close up to form a bird head.
Charjabug:
I'll take twenty. No, seriously, this is a really creative bug type. Wonder if it is indeed Grubbin's middle Evo?
Vikavolt:
Neat! Looks almost like a living rail gun. I assume this is Charjabug's Evo.
Cutiefly:
Aww! How adorable! Interesting choice for what I assume to be an early bug. It's pretty cool that it's basically just a regular Bee Fly, Gamefreak barely had to change anything from reality!
Drampa:
I'm naming mine "Pops". I love that we have another Dragon that isn't intimidating. Keep the weird dragons coming!
Bruxish:
It's... Really ugly. But, that seems intentional. That said, I like the garish color scheme. Gives the impression of a tacky souvenir or something.
Togedemaru:
Is this actually gonna be the English name? Kind of a mouthful. The design itself is adorable, as all good Pikaclones are. If it's not classified as the Electric Hedgehog Pokemon, I'm rioting.

I could really care less about Togedemaru. The rest are all pretty cool.

I'm not really a competitive battler, but maybe we'll see some Drizzle Politoed/ Elec Terrain Tapu Koko teams in the future?

This was a crazy event. I am away now but I will discuss some things here in two days. My thoughts on these. But the game looks great each time.
