Try not to duplicate from other gym leaders, but taking the same type from someone in the Elite Four / Zook is allowed.

I completely forgot about the fact that gym leaders don't use legendaries.

leafy could be that "other" gym leader

like, it's a gym but no badge is given and you get a different prize from him
