It's not a matter of downloading things. I don't like using chat services, and I don't have a computer to call my own, either.

It's just an instant messenger service. Hell, if you use Gmail then you already have a Gtalk account, and your Gmail innately supports it. You pretty much register with a username and password, and each account can hold a list of "contacts" or saved usernames that you chat regularly with. Again, if you can't install anything then Meebo (meebo.com) can work because it runs entirely from a web browser and just needs you to have an account, or if all else fails we can use Gtalk unless you don't have a Gmail either. If you're that loathe to using any form of peer-to-peer communication that none of these options work, then I don't see how this tutoring thing's gonna work out.

It's not that I forgot, it's that my computer needs a new monitor. For a few days, I was typing from my phone. Just recently, I'm borrowing my mom's laptop. I only have one half-decent team on this computer, and it's OU.

You'd regret that dearly. Pink Reaper was a huge help to my team building and playing when improving my knowledge of the metagame. I know the age thing is awkward, but its petty in the big scheme of things.

I almost think I should apply to be tutored (y'know, if there was room). I'm not terrible, but tutoring can only help. Plus, I'd sort of want to learn other tiers than OU.

Though U-turn spamming is helpful if you want to scout pokemon/strategy. Well, if anything, at least I learned to never ever switch a choice scarf azelf to a U-turn knowing Choice Zapdos via u-turn.
