Note the White Arrow rules:

If a player is struck by a White Arrow while they were not under the effects of the Red Arrow, their tool(s) will be given to the Special Rank that killed them.

On day 2, before Praline was killed, they posed the following while we were all noting who got hit with Red Arrows:

So if you got nothing it means you didn’t hit your target or someone else got them instead?

It is thus likely that Praline was not under the effect of a Red Arrow when they were killed.

Assuming Katt is correct, this would make the situation with Liberation different.

The wording has changed to indicate that the White Arrow user was unable to steal the associated blessing - it already had somewhere else to go.

Well it wouldn't make much sense for people who didn't witness the murder to be clued in on the moments after their death.

that makes the numbers 4 seoncs and 8 firsts

there would be no reason to assume someone would lie about being second rank as thats the same as being vanilla in this game

instead everyones claiming first, meaning the seconds are valid, and since theres an unopen second claim, its reasonable to assume praline fits being a second
