For effects, each character is given a file that is loaded when they are selected - this file will hold effects that are unique to that character. Only up to 5, though. Past that, they apparently start disappearing.

True. But if you test a piled one, it only does 25% (5 fireballs' worth). Also, if you go around a custom level and put one for each corner, they'll start disappearing at the 6th ball.

also, is there like a database of moves you can choose to have? like

etc. and you drag and drop or click? that would be sweet!

You have to know how to code.
Which is why I'm not touching the program.
Until someone makes a tutorial.

I can't seem to get this work. :(

I want to be able to do offline Phoenix Mario dittos...how? Help please.

Do I not rename the pac file to include a number? When I first tossed it on I renamed it FitMario04.pac..
Do not add a number, leave it as FitMario.pac

I approve this message! XD Once they figure out how to do that, hacking in new characters will be a breeze. Link with Zero's texture and Marth's moveset, vs Samus with Megeman X texture, Kirby's copy ability (copying >B rather then neutral B) and a Superscopes rapid fire? Epic. XD

Separate icon on the character select screen, letting you play "Marth," but with all of Roy's attributes.

That way, you could play as both Marth and Roy.

If you look on the wiki, it looks like he has a program to edit the moveset variables, similar to what Mugen has.
