Zap jumping is when you PK Fire and Jump (jump usually comes like a few frames before I think) and you fly super high
Magnet pulling and bouncing with PK Fire are used with momentum, and I used B stick to do those.

Zap jump, one of my favourite ATs of all time:

Wavebouncing was a passive effect based on Lucas' PK Fire pushing him back. By itself it was alright, but what made wavebouncing really cool was magnet pulling, which looks like this:

And reverse magnet pulls look even cooler:

The one veteran they chose to return is Lucas! Not Wolf. Not a single Ice Climber, no!
Lucas from the highly underapreciated Mother 3.

I played M3 recently and it skyrocketed to my #1 game of all time, mainly because i grew attached to the story and characters due to private reasons. I even ordered the fangamer guide for M3 to be delivered all the way to Germany, showing some support for the franchise.

And now we are here, with Lucas' glorious return to smash. It's dream-like!

So, with M3 properly represented again, what do you believe is New Pork City's chance to return as a DLC stage?
it'll work perfectly for 8-player smash and it always was a fun map to play around with!

I wouldn't say Mother 3 is under-appreciated, just not as well-known. I doubt NPC is returning though. Though it might have better chances than Fourside (I miss it). Of any Mother Stage coming, I'd like Magicant to be HD ported to the Wii U.

One thing I'm really loving every time I think about it is how a simple smile sets Lucas's development throughout every action. Instead of seeing Lucas fight other characters being depressed, having to cope with all the events of Mother 3, he's having a truly good time. Seeing Lucas be happy again is just amazing. I mean, even his taunts have so much more expression and personality to them just because he was smiling right before! I love it so much. While I'll always hope for a sequel, having Lucas get character development in Smash is more than enough.

Magicant in HD would be so amazing. I want Tamzily Village, though. It'd be such an amazing stage! We could even have our god, Boney, running around in the background! That'd be adorable.

I don't want to be hated for playing Lucas though, like some people are for playing Sonic, Rosalina, Diddy etc.
I want him to be mid-high at best, but the trailer showed that he has some really good stuff going for him.

I swear people only realised how much they missed Lucas until he was gone. I never expected this kind of reaction, and if you look at @ Aunt Jemima 's postbits, one might infer that just from the way he was shown and how excited everyone got, a lot of people may main him now, at least for a while, even if they only used him every so often in Brawl.

I'd just like to mention by the way, no game is perfectly balanced - there has to be a top tier somewhere. And I've actually heard it said that people feel a lot better about the idea of the PK kids being top tier than other peeps, which made my day when I heard that.

I ignored it for a while and then I was like, hey, is this actually legit?

Sure, I'll go find a couple and post them here. In the meantime, I'll answer the question posed above. I love a lot of the Mother OST, so it's really hard to pick out just one or two. So I compromised and chose four.

Quite possibly my favourite out of all of them, I didn't realise just how much I loved this song until I finally finished Earthbound about a month ago (I'd gotten to the Cave of the Past a few years ago, then lost that emulator and had to start again).

Hearing this of all things at a climactic point in the final battle, to see Ness' family get together, still in the darkness, whilst Onett is being terrorised by Giygas' goonies, with this playing, was powerful as heck!

Every version of this I've heard sounds utterly beautiful, but the original in particular has this peculiar charm to it, that slow fade in (it starts really softly in the game), that Spanish guitar effect, everything.

The way that the entire game world changes here too, with like half of the population having new dialogue just to congratulate you/re-enforce the game's message/etc, makes this song really feel in place, really makes you as the player feel content. It's amazing. Smiles and Tears is equally as awesome, but I want to get away from ending tracks for some variety. =P

I was tossing up between this and Scaraba because they're both CATCHY AS HELL. But seriously, doko doko desert is such a quirky little area and I really enjoy songs I can whistle to, so this abnormal pick is on my list.

And for a Mother 3 pick, as painful as it is:

This tune reminds me why I need to play the fan translation version. So dystonic and ripping, eerie and chillingly beautiful. Even though I pretty much know what's going to happen, I'm not sure that will stop me from losing it when I finish Mother 3.
