You know what I find hilarious about Lucas' smash intro card? "Lucas comes out of Nowhere" as in Nowhere Island where his games takes place...:lucas:

Been playing Mother 3 the past few days so this reveal couldn't have been more perfect. Recognized the Love Theme from the first note and got hella hype.

I couldn't stop listening to Mother/EB/M3 music while I was on the road today. You'd better believe I'll be doing my absolute best to take him as far as possible when he gets released!!

Considering ness was higher in Brawl's tier list, I don't expect that to change

Sidenote, the moment I finish majora's mask 3D, I'm downloading earthbound. Then I'll wait for Mother 3's release alongside Lucas ;)

Hey guys, huge Wolf supporter here. I'd like to give a HUGE congratulations on Lucas getting in. He was my #2 pick, and he definitely deserved to get in. Hell, I gave an on-stream round-of-applause for him. Now that Lucas is confirmed, I ask for all of your help in voting for the other cut Brawl veteran, Wolf. Thank-you all and congrats again! Started playing the Mother 3 English fan translation on my computer a couple of weeks ago and I'm absolutely loving the game. Just pulled out the 4th needle. The story and emotions of the characters is incredible.

It makes the return of Lucas even more special for me now that I've actually played and enjoyed his game. I can't wait to start playing as him in June.

I can't get over how happy this Lucas looks. It's oddly heartwarming after all the stuff he goes through both in his own game and SSE, plus not even making the cut initially here. It's almost like he's thankful for the few good things that happen. He's like the embodiment of Pollyanna.

If Lucas is top tier in about the same way that Ness is, I wouldn't be upset at all. Diddy and maybe Sheik/Sonic are the only characters I can see people legitimately complaining about because of how skewed their risk v reward is and how much they invalidate certain members of the cast. It's natural for a game to have top tiers, and anyway I doubt they'd make him obnoxious in any way, shape or form. ^_^

You all should be playing Mother 3, you'll appreciate Lucas's inclusion 10x more if you do.
Mother 3 is arguably the best and most perfect game of all time.

Before playing Mother 3, I already liked Lucas for being adorable.

After playing Mother 3, I wanted to hug him and never let go. Such a good game.:sadeyes::happysheep:

I'd personally go Duster since his thief tools would be fun, but honestly, I'd rather either get Giygas for some Mother 1 representation (or Ninten if they can make him different enough) or Porky in his EB form.

Honestly, I think a tiny series like Mother is good with just Ness and Lucas, though.

Tbh, if we get something from Mother at E3 this series will boom out of control in the west.

Until we get the game, I couldn't really see us getting a 3rd rep though. Even if it is Ninten.


EDIT: The only disappointing thing about the trailer is that his hair doesnt really jiggle, lets hope this gets fixed guys. We all loved that hair, and you know it.

Well, if we got Mewtwo AND Lucas on April 28... then we have to wait till maybe next year for more DLC characters... and then people grow impatient and start complaining. This is only to reduce the amount of complaints and to prolong the hype.

I've been good! I started doing really well in my region when smash 4 came out (I got first at 2 tournaments in a row!) before I had to leave on my gap year program overseas. I can't wait to get back in 2015 and hopefully see Lucas top the competition as well as Ness! :D

Man I hope FAE joins as us well as Mekos for our Lucas spree's.

They told me I could've easily been top 5 on Brawl, I'm looking to be top 3 in this game.
Now that I can travel, and get experience offline, I have nothing holding me back. Except money LOL
