Super big post about rooms and stuff

How was this going again? Who all do we have confirmed and stuff and how will the rooms divide up? I gotta start working a budget...Since says he's coming with me too. There is a way.

Also what the plans are for after Genesis itself. Are we staying North or going South?
The real question: What is going to be cheaper?
And what can we do for those days?

Yeah, for the hotel reservations, do we have one room starting Thursday and one more starting Friday? Or both Thursday?

Both Thursday should be fine. Just about everybody should be there the night before. Can we get approximate prices per person based on those currently 100% going and using pika housing?

I'm alone in this one.

And I need to work out a budget fast. I know we are going to a beach one day, and probably to a city on another, but that leaves 2 days of "what are we going to do" and we should work that out asap.

I'd be cool with that. The only reason I didn't suggest it off the bat is because some people really want to get a shit ton of rest, and others want to be able to stay up later playing/partying.

Also. idk if this is regarding what that was about, but what airport are you flying into/out of and at which times? Trying to see if any of us will be able to make the trip from the airport to Antioch together, in the event we need to use a cab or whatever. But I suppose we can discuss that tonight/whenever we talk.

Ok so since theres 6 of us I think were going with 1 room.

Auto, Stealth, Thugz, Me, Roller, Leaf.

Also Im willing to pay a bit more for having a bed each night, so it wont be exactly $70/6. I think most people were fine with this since everyone I asked said theyd be fine with a spot on the floor, but is there anyone else interested in paying extra for a bed all 4 days? Whatever bed spots remain will be rotated. So far Ive heard from Roller, Leaf, Auto and myself (obv).

Oh. Btw, Tag, could you see about extending the room reservation through the following Thursday night? Me, Leaf and THuGz intend to just stay there and use public transportation to get to the places we're going.

Ok so cost for the hotel from Thursday night - Monday is going to be approximately

($70 + tax / 6 people) x 4

Roller I already reserved the room through Thursday for you guys. However you might want to consider 1) finding people in the Genesis thread to share the room with so youre not paying double the amount after were gone or 2) downgrading the room which is $60 a night instead of $70 or both.

So, at the moment, those staying until Monday are paying around 50, and those staying until Friday are paying around 150, total.

I added a few bucks for tax, likely not enough, but enough to get a close amount. I think. I hope.

It's probably going to be a little more.
