haha oh the technicality. Depends on how you define "bottom". Sure there is a tier called the "bottom tier", Gengar tier is at the bottom of the tier list, so technically you could say a bottom tier only match must therefore include Gengar tier. So technically, Master Hand should be a usable character in a bottom tier money match.

Wait, that means I`ve been lying. I`ve told people I main the bottom tier (the chars I use the most are GaW, Yoshi, Pichu, Ness, Kirby), but I`ve actually been maining the negligible tier.
