Yes, any character can do it. It might be useful for characters with a good stutter step, that's basically what it is. It's just so **** hard to do cause of the tiny frame window to do it.

yeah the amount of practice v the applicability of it = not really worth it imo. wld only make for good mindgames really.

I took a red trucker cap to Genesis and had the chus sign it. It has Typh, Z, Stealth and King. Also I take my aviators when I feel like using gogglechu at a tourney instead of terrychu. I had rave goggles which were pretty cool but idk where they are.
