Every character has something that gets better in wifi. Yoshi's eggs get a million times better for instance, yet most yoshi mains say hes horrible in wifi. The truth is that very rarely does a character get better or perform well in wifi (ike and jiggs are examples of characters that do), it's really the players who play well in wifi or not.

Wifi is just pure ****. Everyone sucks on wifi except Wolf, Olimar, and Lucario.

Meta Knight is not better on wifi. Neither is Snake. GnW is just actually spammy. Kirby has NOTHING on wifi. Fox? I don't know what you're smoking.

I was playing With Anyone last night (this morniing) for lols. I kinda forgot it existed for a while.
it's so much fun (when people don't leave before the match starts and I get "you were disconnected lol") because nobody takes it seriously. You just do stupid stuff/taunting/more stupid stuff/item stuff for 2 minutes, and then have ******** sudden deaths. =D

That said, G&W and Snake are undoubtedly better on wifi. Mortar Slides may be predictable but if your timing (aka guessing) isn't perfect then you'll likely get hit by it. Nades are harder to avoid, tilts are harder to avoid, etc. etc.
G&W like, has disjoints everywhere, which means you'll have to space really carefully against him. That all goes out the window on wifi. I like how I do well against G&Ws on wifi until they learn that I am vulnerable to smash spam. Then they just randomly spam his BORKEN smashes and I can't help but run into it because timing don exits on wifi T_T
I freaking never lose to G&Ws offline though.
MK, eh, he's godly whether he's on wifi or not. His Shuttle Loop is definitely better on wifi, as well as Tornado, but everything else is similar.
I'm glad you said Kirby isn't good though :] you might get the lucky Fsmash kill but other than that he certainly doesn't benefit from wifi, though at the same time it doesn't hurt him too much either.
Fox sucks on wifi unless you just camp/Illusion all day. Even then he sucks. :[

Lmao, MK isn't good on wifi. He can't combo that well. The people that lose to a MK online would probably lose to that same MK offline. The only buff he gets is his DSmash and maybe FSmash because they're harder to block. The best characters on wifi are probably Lucario, Ike, Pit, Olimar definitely, Snake, and honestly Zelda is up there too. =/ Characters with lingering hitboxes are a pain on wifi.
Lucario has his stupid FSmash and Aura Sphere. You know what he's gonna do (FAir -> DAir) but it's just really hard to block in a laggy connection. I can't stress to you how freakin' good his FSmash is on wifi, lol. It's ridiculous.
Ike is good on wifi because most characters with really strong attacks have a harder time getting punished or having those moves blocked. It's not even a good idea to PS his stuff on wifi because it'll eat your shield. Just run. >_>
Pit's dumb because of his smashess.
Olimar is lol on wifi...Dodging those grabs online is stupidly hard and his attacks are already ******** offline. Making them harder to dodge doesn't help at all.
Snake's okay on wifi, but he can't do most of his tricks and stuff that he'd be able to do offline. The only things that really get buffed are his FTilt, UpTilt, and his aerials. It's really hard to cook grenades and stuff on wifi.
Zelda's smashes are one of the most infuriating things on wifi. >_> Good luck DI'ing any of that ****. Din's fire is also much better online.
Honestly, almost every character gets a buff online.

My music messes up, lol. x_x And it makes a sound that gives me goosebumps. Like the sound of a TV when it's uhh...on that ...white and black screen. I hate that noise. It's like nails on a chalkboard.

@Bunny: Is it related to the Wii problems you were having before? I've heard some people have issues when they try to put too many songs on, too, although I've never had that problem myself.

Lol I have Plain Asia on Smashville. That's probably my favorite song ever. Well I dunno. I had the same amount of songs before the semi-brick and nothing happened. Then after the brick, the music didn't work. I don't really know what the problem could be. Sometimes the music just starts scratching, then changes to a different song. x.x Very unpleasant.
That sounds like it sucks.
At least you got the song on a good stage. ^_^

my favourites are illusionary night - ghostly eyes (IN stage 1 theme), cinderella cage - kagome kagome (IN stage 5 theme) and lunatic eyes - invisible full moon (reisen 's theme). Plain Asia is probably right below them in my list. actually all of IN's themes are pretty awesome.

Top 40 what? Pop? Rap?If I had brawl and was putting music on stages, you'd be hearing top 40 music instead of random japanese stuff.
If I were customizing my music I'd probably put a bunch of metal on there, cause beating things up to metal music is just fantastic. Although there's lots of good techno stuff that I'd like to use too (touhou definitely comes to mind)

As much as I love rap and other non-video game genres of music, it just doesn't go right to Brawl, lol. The only "normal" genre I could see myself listening to in-game is rock.
Hearing words while playing is just weird, although I know a lot of people who have Paramore in their custom music.

How is touhou NOT techno? Techno is a much broader genre than rave music. It essentially refers to any and all synthesized music.

Falco's not that bad online. Anyone with a decent projectile (including Pika, but I'm allergic to super camp) can get away with spamming it on wifi since it's next to impossible to perfect shield anything consistently.

Argh, I really like some parts of that song..... but really dislike others, lol.
It's not really techno, in my opinion. I have no idea WHAT it is, but it's definitely not hardstep or one of those styles. Lol.

The majority of what I listen to is pop.
It's just unlike other people instead of being a tool and only liking their "cool" genre, I actually listen to anything. People associate me with rap music because I'm not a tool about it when discussing it. lol
