I play league of legends, runescape, the new pokemon game.

I'm about to get my Eagle Scout, I'm going for my final meeting before the paperwork filing date, so that's pretty cool.

Oh and I am starting to really dislike my brawl scene :/ there are only a few people that I still like...

**** yeah still in high school, way to much free time haha

Now I'm even less interested in getting a job. What good is the extra money if I don't have time to do anything with it...

I think Ominous is an Eagle Scout too, what was your project?

The job isn't only for money, it looks good on later career/college applications.

What animu do you watch? Is it anything like anime :awesome:

I agree with MEOW1337KITTEH. As a high school student, I have tons of free time.
It's not like I'm allowed to play games on weekdays, though...I still play Brawl on a daily basis because I lose shape TOO quickly. I HAVE to train. :c

So I just realized that there is a tournament today, but I am not sure if I want to go. What do you guys think? I'll get completely bodied, haven't played in a few months and it's a Power Ranking Decision, but its my last chance to fight KiraFlax and K9 before they leave to Vegas.

Well, I went, won 4 games. Lost 9. I was really rusty and I made some really dumb decisions. (Like playing Ice Climbers for the first time in months) but overall it was a good time. I think it resparked my interest in brawl a little.

yeah, life is awesome/sucks...

Went to a tourney today, lost to a fox who's just better than me. I kept escaping the combos, but then eating fairs. No idea what to do against fox. He is just faster than I am used to playing I think. Lost to a zss in bo1, got ***** by items first stock, but brought t back to last hit. I lost because I do not know her hitboxes at all. Kept thinking I could trade my Dsmash with her bair, killing her, but instead I just ate the bair. I think usmash might work though. Won 3rd and 10$. Second most I've every won playing video games.

I did landscaping at a cemetery and put up a new flagpole. (that was knocked down 2 months later when someone ran into it)

Also I lost to an Ics today too. I'm pretty sure that match-up is a -4 now.

Just wondering though.

Lets see

Vinnie went to ics
Alph plays pika and other not bad characters

Zac and Lee Puff quit

Pwii sometimes goes gw if MK is banned

Penta enters tourneys once in a while

Duler X is European

gw is almost nonexistent in JPN

so no not really any

I'm contemplating between tryharding and putting legitimate work into my GnW/ROB or saying **** it, having an all fun season as a bit of a break and going random when I lose matches.

I'm looking to you guys to help me decide!

I'm also European. B)))

Zac and Lee Puff quit. But quitting in Brawl means that you attend tournaments from time to time and do really well.

Midwest? Nobody mentioned Arty. Being ranked 1st-3rd in your region as Falco/Gdubs is pretty notable imo.

@Meow, no, just stick with your mains. If you use random against people you're "going to lose" to you'll always lose to them and wont really learn anything...

that matters, at least

Linkinhand and I teamed at Agon Series(Big German tourney with plenty of represented countries).

We ended up getting 9th, losing to 1st and 3rd place. 1-2 both times.

We took Leon/Bjay down to last stock, high percentage, game 3, but lost.
At one point, Leon up B'd my shield, and I tried the hammer. Got 5 :/
Would've been the set right there with a 9. We had the biggest crowd behind us. Two random G&Ws almost beating a top european team. Hype stuff.

Edit: derp Linkinhand already wrote this

i got second at this tiny local a few weeks ago and top 3 in dubz a couple times but that's pretty much it.:(

I'll prob be a bit more active because apex practice and all but I don't really play much anymore besides some wifi lol. I still do decently at tourneys that I go to, top 10 or better.

I actually do enjoy playing G&W a lot but tourneys here are ******** expensive and it's just not worth it lol.

lol double Gdubz is so underrated!!!

i've always thought this :T

lol that post was trolly

But I like Gardex's response.

How much are your entry fees in NY/NJ Penta
Any decent sized local is always 10 for each event including venue. I don't really mind that but they're usually hosted somewhere where I have to take NJ train/bus,where tickets can be up to $7 one way. I'd easily end up spending more than 50 in a day, including food and stuff lol.

I wish I had your problem. I have to drive almost 3 hours for most locals. MW sucks. So $5-$10 for entry and around $25-$30 for gas.

That sucks, good point there lol.

But to someone with no car or job, it's just as bad :reverse:

Who's going to apex btw?

Hey it's true.

I've traveled to Germany 3 times this year. If I want tournaments in Norway, I have to host them myself(or co-host with Hudet, who lives in Oslo, 2 hours away).

Worth it though.
I just wish I was a bit more consistent.

G&W is definetly viable, unless you face something like Vinnie Climbers. There's not a single super-threatening IC-main in Europe. I can beat them all. They simply aren't hard until you reach a certain skill-level.
