gaw can kill perfectly fine, but apparently doesn't have "reliable" Smashes. ):
Good players can tech chase and Up-Smash for an early kill.

We should like.. start a new matchup/stage thread, or at least revive the older ones. Having two active boards, and then like.. two others that get a post once in a while is not enough for me.

I feel like we could ask other boards to come give input and everything, because all we are doing right now is talking about random ****..

We don't have to be slow just because some other boards are slow as well. How hard can some character development really be?

I'm pretty sure 90% of G&W's character development was done in 2008. There was this really good dthrow thread A2ZOMG made though.

Well, (to me at least, correct me if I'm wrong) development is not only the character, but how they should interact with other ones, and in a constantly advancing metagame, characters are consistently needing development, not just in finding new AT's, but also reacting to metagame shifts caused by other character's new AT's as well.

We have one of the most linear characters in the game theres not much to develop except getting better and incorporating the shiz we already know but are too stubborn to implement

Yeah, all of the best G&W players are actually just really good players in general. Maining G&W isn't about developing the character, it's about developing yourself.

We have one of the least used borderline (if that) viable and unpopular characters in the game

Perhaps there is a reason that he is underused. If we make the knowledge based area more developed, I'm sure that more people would begin to use him.

Lucario can't even kill...unless he reaches his peak...by the time he is dead or getting 3-stocked.

As someone who uses PT, Link, Zelda, and Ganon, I have to say 'Ha!' to this statement.

Sadly, pretty much all the forums are dead like this. It's near impossible to find current MU threads that didn't just discuss a few high tier MUs and quit.

I could lead a MU thread if the problem is speculation that the creator/forums will give up on it. I think that more activity can = more people because of the activity.
