Official Q&A- Obviously needs to be stickied, but I think it can cover a broader range than just Q&A
Custom Pokemon Shop- A shop that's not exactly related to this forum at all. Doesn't really need a sticky, and can be linked to an existing sticky (Sprite tutoring)
How to Build A Pokemon Team Valuable information, but can be combined with the Q&A thread. Q&A thread will need to change its title to umbrella a larger use, but we have like 3 info stickies right now that can all be combined lol.
Pink Reaper's tourneys- I haven't been active in this specific board for very long, but if the tourneys are consistant and continuously active then I think it's legit and should be stickied, as it's an ongoing thread directly related to what this forum is about.
Sprite Tutoring- Can stay. Custom shop should probably be linked in here too, somehow.
SWF Trades- Stay.
Counter Game Unpin. Seriously :|
Guide to Competitive Battling Good, but can be combined with the Q&A (or Q&A can be combined with this), so long as it covers the 3 info threads and can be merged without a problem.
just my 2 cents
You really must be joking. The Custom Pokemon Shop is a staple thread in the Poke Center that essentially doubles as the social gathering "hearth" for a wide majority of PC regulars. If anything, the Spriting Tutorials is inferior to the CPS as a spriting thread and deserves to be unstickied in favor of a link TO the tutorials in the shop.
You realize that the Tutorials came about BECAUSE of the CPS, and not the other way around. Also, you must realize that spriting =/= artwork and requires precise knowledge of Pokemon Sprites and their anatomy/typing/basic game mechanics to actually be ABLE to sprite, which defines why this is in the Poke Center rather than the Artwork Emporium.
there should be 1 competitive thread
2 spriting threads i think because TCPS gets really busy quickly and there needs to be like a novice area and a area for just requests
the Q & A thread can combine the trade thread
and if the guide to battling and the how to be a team can't be put in the competitive one then in the Q & A somewhere
While making my eyes bleed tears of blood (Seriously, dude, learn to use punctuation and your true intelligence will show!) I disagree. The CPS doesn't really want to encourage the spriters to "volunteer" at our shop, we are already full of members. We don't get busy quickly, we just get spurts of activity.
I edited my post. Didn't mean sprite requests should be merged, just unstickied, and if you still wanted it linked to a sticky it could be thrown in the sprite tutoring.
I mean, sprites don't exactly have dominant relevance in this board, and even in something like AE, request threads aren't stickied.
Request threads aren't stickied in the Artwork Emporium because there are a bajillion thousand of them and they relate to general forms of artwork. Before you try and challenge the popularity and worth of Pokemon spriting, you might want to investigate things about it and it's true popularity here on the board.
How about sprite toutoring be sticked in the CPS?
If by stickied, you mean referred to as a link, than yes, I could agree to this.
The Spriting Tutorial doesn't really have the "fanbase" yet to really deserve a sticky, you know? It'll get there for sure, but for now....I'm not too sure.
And the tournament deserves a sticky as much as anything because it's functioning as the "competitive contest" on the PC right now. If there were multiple tourneys, than yes, an un-stickey would be justifiable, but not if PR's is the only one.

Honestly, the only thing I can think of for true organizational purposes is to combine/merge the two "help with competitive battling" threads and maybe just a link to sprite tuts in the CPS.
Other than that, each sticky is appropriate, and just because you don't associate with a certain thread as often as others doesn't mean that it needs to be un-stickied.
