Online Racism - Will it come to Brawl?

I'm black, and I get alot of racism thrown my way on X-box live, especially on Halo 2. Once they hear my voice, I get insults, called the N word, and any other racist thing you can think of. I never get pissed, sometimes it's even funny, but it really gets annoying cause its constantly happening. Good thing it won't be a problem in Brawl though.

I don't see the point of filters anyways since you can always get around them. It just makes having a conversation with people in MMORPG's a lot more difficult. (I'm looking at you, Maplestory, blocking every other message I type ¬¬.)

Exactly racism should mean nothing in a modern world based on science and rationale. We are the same species as defined by our ability to inter-breed and produce fertile offspring so there really is no need for racism beyond vanity.

I can't believe this topic even got made. Only went downhill from there. I'm a comedian, have to handle acts like this every time I sit through a night of acts. I have friends from most every nationality I can name, live in both a sheltered white suburb and an urban mixing pot, this topic ends up in my thoughts daily. Between idiots trying to be gangsta' when their parents drive a Prius, idiots hating other idiots for being idiots, idiots trying to be funny about it, and now idiots playing an online game that doesn't even have a chat function...When there isn't even a character that can be described as a real alternate nationality...

Right about the time some one suggested not playing as Donkey Kong to avoid the black comments (I say black because I once called a Jamaican African American), I really hoped this topic was a joke that went wrong.
