Yeah man, sounds like a bummer . For now we can probably wait to hold out on the tourny till the 24th, seeing as how it's the most likely day to host it anyways. It also depends on the location so not all hope is lost. Well, see you in 8 days.

I really wanna tighten up my fighting style so I can mess these fools up in some dittos, since they're sooo much better than me and my little video. I had no idea that so many Luigi players were such elitists... He's such a happy-go-lucky character, why are so many who main as him a bunch of brown nosing beeotches?

Sorry for ranting like that, I just had to work off some steam, between those guys and X-Men 3(do NOT waste your time on that movie), I'm pretty pissed. Shade, I know I already said this, but as soon as you're able, I want to get some Marth practice in. I need to get all my ducks in a row before my next competitive appearance.

Sorry Po, but I couldn't read on in that thread when some guy started talking about urine. Don't worry about them though, As Rasta pointed out, they (the wolf and mediocre guy) are not even Luigi players. They probably don't know a single thing about him and you'll most likely kick their *** in Luigi dittos. Wolf came in trolling and if he couldn't tell that Rasta owned him with his first reply, then he can't tell if a combovid has potential. Mediocre came to back up his little friend, and (sadly for humanity) used a painfully ******** analogy about "urine". Besides, they are just trying to brag about their KM friend and get the best of you, they don't need to be bothered with (nor acknowledge). If you feel like to delay it and improve your skills (which are pretty good already), fine by me, but please do not let morons like them influence your decisions (which you wouldn't anyways). lol, I know you better than that Po, you and Rasta don't even need to reason with them. They are not going to accept a word you guys say, trust me when I say discussion is not their goal.

Just to add, a REAL luigi player would have atleast like your enthusiasm to make a combo vid of this less popular character. And if a REAL luigi player didn't like what he saw, than he/she would've atleast gave constructive criticism and encourage you to do better. Alright, I got some news......

Returning Smashers?: We may see the return of Jasongame and Heathq here on smashboards, so we can look forward to that. I just talked to both of them today (technically yesterday) and they are interested in the up and coming tournament. I think it's cool that a lot of people are coming back to the thread, especially at a time like this.

Collaborating with SRK?: I just got done setting up a proposition with the Street Fighter cats to do a "joint" tournament effort. The thing I'm worried about is that their attitude towards SSBM is usually biased (I use to game with them), so I may get some mixed results. Hopefully the majority of SRKers don't mind if we game alongside them. They are going to hold a tourny themselves in OKC so that's why I thought it was a great oppurtunity to ask

Party at my place?: That's right TGM. I'm going to warn you again though, my place is pretty ghetto. Oh, and thanks for your offer, but you don't have to buy me lunch . Since you all are visitors, just have it your way while you're up here. I'm 19, I live independently (but not alone), and I work on weekday mornings so I'll try to find some smashers for you guys to fight against while I'm out. Don't worry, I'll make sure you three don't get bored during your stay.

I'm available any day you want as long as I have an early enough warning (McDonald's managers are kinda picky about the schedules.) Saturdays are ALWAYS open for me as I don't work on them unles someone calls me into work...which isn't very often.

I can bring everything except a TV...and by everything I mean console, controllers, and a game disk (heck, I'll even bring my memory card if it is needed.) If I need money, food, or drinks...I'll figure something out.

Heh, you shouldn't grade someone on how well they can beat a character in a ditto, it is how badly they can beat the character they have trouble with the most. Keep that in mind guys, and the next smash fest we have hopefully after this wedsnday, I will fight you with whatever your toughest character is. So be ready for that.

Hmm, we should record the matches when the texans come over here. It would make things cooler for me, and we could get some good fottage on things to.

Awesome SA07, I'll try to help you out. By far Muskogee is the closest town to you that has Smashers. Try to get ahold of Shinryuken or Dandude, and maybe you guys can set something up. Everyone's cool over here so don't worry about any flaming or anything.

Thanks for your feedback Ferro, I'll keep that in mind. So far, June 24th is really looking to be the official date, and it's a Saturday so alot of people don't work that day. We really haven't determined location yet but it may turn out to be in OKC. The other details you want to know should be posted well ahead of time before the actual tourny. If you have any other questions I'll try my best to answer them, but RastaImposta (the host) really has the final say of things.

As for the attendance list, that's determined by confirming what days you should be able to go. The tournament should max to about 25 ppl so you can expect a lot of competition. Entry fee, Food and drinks basically depends on the location, some places allow food but others may have vendors or a cafeteria. Sorry for the lack of info but we'll have more this upcoming Wii-k.

Like us, they just announced an upcoming tourny for summer recently (with no set date and location). Don't worry about calling anybody or anything though, I'll handle everything location wise. Cooperating with SRK should make it easier on us and probably encourage others to get into Smash, and vice-versa. This may be the beginning of more collaborations to come.

ZINTH: Hey, remember how you mocked up a prototype flyer for the OK Smash Tourny? Well, do you think you could do another one? If so, will you be able to produce a large amount of these? I can pay you for your time and effort. We (Trung and I) will post them up everywhere we know to attract some newcomers.
