It's on Wii as well, love.I'd get this/godhand if I had a ps2.
What weird is that if I opted for a ps2 instead of a gamecube I probably would have never posted this message.
there is no cut content, it is exactly the same game, except with better graphics, better gameplay(bar the glaives, which are harder to use) and a slightly different loading screen. But apart from that, they're the same. it's MUCH better on the Wii from what I've heard though. go buy it NOW! (or request it for Xmas)Isn't there cut content on the Wii? That's what I heard.
I don't really see Okami as a plot or character driven game. I didn't really care much for any of the characters. Well there is the cowardly samurai guy who everyone seems to think is a great hero. I always liked that character archetypeExcept Amaterasu, what's you guys's favorite character?
It is most certainly an awesome game, it wasn't really made by Capcom but made by their former branch, Clover Studio (it got disbanded only because Okami didn't sell), and it is absolutely epic.My friend was telling me that this was an awesome zelda-esque game so I decided to check it out.
I learned that this was made by Capcom (One of my favorite gaming companies, along with konomi, and Nintendo.) so know I have high hopes for this game once I can get my hands on it.
Just curious though, how good is it exactly? Personally from what I have heard it sounds good, but I am worried with my high expectations based on what everyone has told me I might wind up disappointed.
Also how do the controls play (I am getting it for the wii)?
Personally I would rather just use a game pad, but the wii controls for me anyway are alright.I can't wait to get Okami for the Wii. I've played a bit of Okami for PS2, and loved the art style. I heard the controls are a lot easier for the Wii, more fluid and natural. Okamiden just looks ADORABLE. Can't wait to get it too![]()
LOOOOOOL @ Wii controlsI can't wait to get Okami for the Wii. I've played a bit of Okami for PS2, and loved the art style. I heard the controls are a lot easier for the Wii, more fluid and natural. Okamiden just looks ADORABLE. Can't wait to get it too![]()
It's ok, don't worry about it. It's understandable.@S.Dragon Thanks, sorry for not responding sooner I wanted to get farther into the game before resoponding.
I hope it does get harder, but if it is true as long as you stock up on items (which is what I have been doing, a habit that I got into while playing the Zelda games.) that you are effectively unstoppable then maybe I should not be carrying around 10 different healing items, 4 infinity inks, and 2 exorcism slips (I have been using them so I have less then normal, but they are SO SATISFYING *BOOM!*)LOL When you beat Orochi, that's only like the first 20% of the game. ;P
Yeah. I can't give away any spoilers but the game gets much harder, you'll see. XP Though, to people who play smash / pro gamers, the whole thing will still be relatively easy as long as you're smart. Stock up on more health/ink restoring things as you go and you'll be invincible, trust me.
Yeah when I beat Orochi I was like "well that was kind of long for a modern gameLOL When you beat Orochi, that's only like the first 20% of the game. ;P
