Nah, I just think it would be a funny fan "tidbit" if it was in about 50 minutes (if it is smash bros-related) because that is when the Dojo would update.

Still, it wouldn't not confirm anything if it didn't happen then. I still think the same time as the last update is more likely.

I imagine we will get an update by tomorrow morning. Japanese businesses technically open at around 7 but employees get there by 6. Unless it is automated, I think they will release it at the same time. Like a 24 hour long period.

But for real, the reason the Dojo updates happened on weekdays in the time slot of 50 minutes from now was so Japanese school kids could see them, and it was a simple time that would allow East Coast North and South Americans to wake up to updates, while West Coast North and South Americans to stay up late to see them, while Europeans got to see them at reasonable times, and while Australians were busy working.

Yep. It doesn't look like half bad a game, actually. Have no familiarity with the series, so my opinion is rather neutral (perhaps indifferent is a better word).

The look is ripped straight out of the Naruto Ultimate Ninja games for the PS2. It has this neat cell-shaded manga look.

Yeah, I mean, if that's what the puzzle is for, which I highly doubt now that it isn't, and it's pretty much confirmed that the teaser Namco Bandai Games had was for it (I am positive it is for it). I don't doubt that game is for it. I saw the footage you posted, after all.

And the answer to the questions of whether the hype was worth it... is yes. That game looks like it could be a fairly nice title, even if it has/already has gotten Naruto Ultimate Ninja comparisons (I think it will be a bit more polished than that).

At least the hype revealed a unique title for us that we normally would overlook.

However, I found this pretty interesting and was (trying) to follow the discussion so I was surprised if I missed something.

@Johnknight: I would love to! I have never meant a Martian but I heard they can be a bit xenophobic. They tend to attempt to destroy the world, enslave the human race, and seem repulsed by Indian Love Call every now and then.

As for the website, I am not too dissapointed but I was counting on it. I had a pretty bad week thus far and little bit of good news would be welcomed. I am still half suspecting some Smash news but not really holding onto it...if I was at all.

If this is the game that the website is dedicated too, it looks pretty good. I used to play Jojo a little bit but I was never dedicated about it.
