Hey! So after a LONG time I'm back on this thread. I've had some spare time to mess around with my old files, so I decided to share with you all a recolor of an already existing costume for Captain Falcon: Blood Falcon.

I know the thread already has a Blood Falcon costume available, but I didn't like the bright red and the way-too-dark purple used on the textures. So I edited the colors a bit and I loved the result.

So, if you've watched Cowboy Bebop you should know who I tried to make, if you don't know I suggest you to watch this awesome show.
My idea was to have the same flat colors as the anime, to make this I decided to flatten all the lights/shadows. However I have a feeling this looks weird, what do you think ?

Besides, I've updated my Rocket Falcon:

Loving both of those. The Cowboy Bebop one needs a bit more work but the TR one looks ****ing filthyyy

try adding some shading or actual texture to the bebop skin and see what it looks like

@ TerryJ TerryJ Ahah thanks, the Spike skin is still in "mid-early" works though. I have yet to do correct shading on the TR Falcon texture but yeah I'm content of what I've done.

@ Veggies Veggies Yeah I have to figure how to put some shadows on him, I don't like the idea of putting "still" (or flat) shadows directly on the textures because I think it won't look really good but I have thought of something tho : darken all the colors on the textures and then just put white shadows on it

Wondering if it will work, I'll be trying what I can

What do I do with the TPL file in the wind insignia change texture replacement? Do i just ignore that or do I use that file in conjunction with the DAT file.

It's the texture he modified to make the DAT, so you can ignore it.

Thanks for the reply. my friend was the one that saw it. He said its like a muddy turquoise and he had purple wraps on his face, and it may have glowing yellow eyes. He said it looked like a demon. He also just told me that it isn't actually his, and that it might have been somebody else's like Lucky's

Love the Spike Falcon texture, however, I would prefer if he didn't have a wound to the face.

The link to the stage striking instructions is broken. Does anyone have this file? I want it and I cant find it anywhere else on smashboards. Also, I have been trying to look for the blue falco laser file here on this thread, but all I see are pictures and no link to download. If anyone has them, please share:ohwell:?

Edit: was able to find the blue laser, but no luck still on the stage ban instructions

Hey guys, DjDriftking here with a post, was planning on making more big ten school themed textures but my laptops fan is getting really loud whenever I use photoshop so ima probs quit doing this until i get a super dope idea or I get a new laptop.

Wow! That Falcon skin is going on mine. honestly no idea what the marth one looks like from the picture though
